  “The neighbour was a smoker and the smoke came into my room under the door. The lovely staff said she’d move me but another guy was smoking a few doors up so probably would have been the same. I used one of the towels to block the smoke and it worked. Oddly the bar didn’t accept card? Location was great! Can’t remember the girls name but she was a sweetie.”
