Although some remarks can be made, I think the conditions are fully in line with the price!

The owner was very responsive and greeted us to give us directions because you entered with a code. The room was on the second floor, large enough, and with a bathroom. There is a central heating system, and it is quite warm. Bed linen and toiletries were provided. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is that it is close to the central part of Craiova and in particular - the Christmas Market, which can be reached in literally 5 minutes on foot. Another main advantage is the ability to park in front of the house without any problems, despite the busy traffic and numerous cars. The third important thing is the price - being close to the center at such a price is just perfect! I would stay there again!

We greatly appreciate the owner's hospitality and providing this incredible peaceful space for us. It was so clean and organized. We love to have the garden to chill I instead of just in the bedroom, but the bedroom is really big and bright with a private bathroom in there. The property is very well taken care of with lots of love he gives. We are very happy and feel comfortable staying here.

Lovely stay with a very nice man! The room was clean and comfortable. We could use a kitchen, fridge and were shown where to park. Both checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. We stayed with a dog and it was no problem. Thank you for a nice stay!

The room could be more clean. The furniture was slightly old. Finally, the rooms are on the second floor. It could be a problem for someone who struggles to go up stairs.

The location! It’s 5 minutes to the city center on foot. There is a parking slot in front of the house. The host is a very friendly guy.

The house is an old one and you can feel the smell from downstairs. The bed was not very comfortable, my husdand had issues in gettimg a good night rest due to this. The kitchen had antique furniture, old fridge and due to this it gives an unclean feeling.

The owner waited for us until late when we arrived. We had the house to ourselves as the other room was not occupied. The second floor is nicely refurbished, the room is big

The location is superb, 5 minute walk to the historical center. Even though I arrived only at midnight, the owner has waited for me and was very nice and helpful. The room is big and there is a garden. Car parked for free along the street right in front of the house. Great value!

Very close to city center but quiet location. Big, clean room with its own bathroom and comfortable bed. Good wifi, I was able to work remote. Great communication with the owner. The espresso machine and the yard were a nice bonus.

Is it ok for 1 night, i think the owner need to invest little bit money in this place and will be great.Have one place inside for the car but park on the road ,need to renovate kitchen......there were used soaps in the bathroom, which is not at all hygienic. The corridors also need renovation, we were with other friends who stayed in a much more renovated place with a difference of 10 lei.
