I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff—especially Alex. From the moment I arrived, Alex was incredibly helpful and polite. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, offering local recommendations and assisting with any requests I had during my stay. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Alex for making my visit so enjoyable!

Our stay did not start very good, as we arrived to the hotel very tired after 36hours of travelling. Upon trying to check-in, there was no room ready as we arrived before 3pm. However, the reception managed to still find a room for us at 12pm, which was still 3 hours before check-in time, which was great. I would like to thank Alex in the reception for the amazing hospitality and the empathy towards our situation. Our stay was truly amazing, will be back for sure when we travel to Bucharest!

The view from my room was bad. The gym opening hour were too restrictive I would prefer a 24 hour gym. The fan in the bathroom was always on making noise. The housecleaning did not make the bed at all on one day.

The rooms need improvement. They are quite small, the cupboard really small.The bathroom doesn't have shower, only bathtub.

The breakfast is excellent, very rich and pleasant environment. The location of the hotel could not be better!

One day we had an early tour, so we asked to get a breakfast to go. That one wasn't good at all.

The fact that I asked for the bed to be a twin and I had to share with my friend on a double bed. Also my access card stopped working before checkout - locked out of room at 1155 only went back in to get my luggage

The bathroom switch was next to the room switch so if you could the whole room on accidentally in the night.

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities. I even recieved a cake and champagne for my birthday, that I spent in the hotel. This was totally unexpected from my part, but made my day. I owe a big thank you to the personell for this kind gesture. Thank you!
