Very hot- heating doesn’t seem to go below 22 degrees in the room.

Beautiful property, looks so fancy. Had a pool and spa. Many restaurants. It was our anniversary and the hotel put a bottle of wine and a nice note in our room for free without us having to ask - was a really nice gesture.

not real pet friendly. We can not have breakfast together because they have no place to stay with dogs.

I got bad taxi Ask me over much cash payment . The reception Are very helpful . Help us at the gate with the black taxi Guy . Very Nice breakfast too. We continue stay our nest stop with this hotel .

Room type wasn’t ready for three people even though we booked the suite

Location was great. Staff are very friendly. Only one point our room wasn’t made for three people although we’d booked the suite but while we went out for dinner that was sorted overall a very good stay would recommend

I have been to many hotels around the world, but this one stands up with the outstanding polite staff. Anna Maria- the receptionist made my birthday trip amazing greeting us with candies all the time and recommended the best places to visit in Bucharest. Would definitely come back!

Junior suite - very basic, it was not as clean as expected- especially the bathroom, the furniture is a little worn, smart tv has a problem with the internet and can't watch any other application except tv programs, the hotel pool has the least number of hotel guests and more people outside the hotel who pay to enter. The pool is divided into swimming lanes that are used for training, so the gests are left with a very narrow space in the pool. The pool reception staff is unprofessional, inhospitable and unpleasant. They took the card from the room as a deposit and if they read the card and determined that I was a hotel guest. I don't want to think what they could have done with my room card while I was at the pool.

Good location, the lounge on the 8th floor is excellent, the hotel lobby is nice.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff very pleasant. The location is good if you are looking for museum or concert. There was a pool for sports and a spa for a good time.

Starting from the staff at the reception (so very friendly and helpful) to the room (clean, large) to the breakfast (we had room with lounge access. Great choices of food and perfect service), everything was excellent.

When we got to the hotel at 7pm the computer system had just gone down and they could not check us in. We waiting over two hours to be checked in. Very disappointed- they need a manual back up - if this happens. Not very customer focused approach. We kept being told it will be fixed in 10-15 minutes. Not a good start.

The Hotel DOES NOT have parking, there is only paid valet service. the toilet could have been cleaner.

The general setting of the hotel was really nice, it had da premium feel to it, I was upgraded to very nice suit. The breakfast was great. The hotel staff were really nice.

The way the room is furnished seems a little oldish and not very modern.

The upgrade provided was very nice, thank you very much for the courtesy of the staff, it was a very nice gesture. The staff was professional, polite and welcoming, I really enjoyed all interactions.

Maybe i wad not lucky. My room was 4 to 5 minutes walk from receiption. Two elevetaors must be used to get to my room building .
