We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

PolandI am not sure if they have a lift/elevator. If you have mobility issues, or a lot of large heavy luggage, some rooms on some floors may be inconvenient and it might be worth verifying with the hotel first. While they had hand soap in the washroom, there was no shampoo.
The hotel was well located close to the airport, not too expensive, very clean, quiet and close to a nice restaurant where I could relax in the evening. The room was large, and simple.

This is a lovely little hotel about three kilometres from Otopeni airport. I actually walked there. It is in a quiet little neighbourhood but only a few minutes walk from the main road. The room was clean and functional and the bed was comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was very nice. There was no breakfast but I was aware of that beforehand. There is a Lidl and other smaller convenience stores within five minutes walk. I would really recommend this hotel and it was exceptionally good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to all of the staff.
