To get to the room, you first have to pass through a café where the smoke is thick in the air day and night. However, in the room, it’s quiet and there’s no smell of smoke.

There is clearly an issue with their communication and messaging systems, as I repeatedly received the same information request message for pre-check-in information. I received this multiple times in both the Booking.com messaging app and WhatsApp. Even after I had provided the information I received a message requesting this again after I had already arrived. I was also asked repeatedly when I would be arriving when this was clearly provided in my original booking information. Also twice I asked questions in the Booking.com app regarding payment after they had messaged me with their questions and I received no response, so I had to get Booking.com to phone them to confirm my questions. Finally, you can only pay in cash. It would be far easier if payment was possible by card as I do not like to carry around this amount of money in cash.

The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and laid out with all the necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was excellent, with everything in the city centre within walking distance. Overall I would recommend this to other travellers heading to Belgrade.

Boban is very friendly and hospitable. You can get to sight seeings by walking (takes 10-15 minutes) and room was very clean.

Pleasant ambience, convenient location - city's landmarks within walking distance, public transport's stops nearby as well. Kind hosts, quiet green area but with lot of restaurants/ bars / cafes in immeadiate vicinity. The room is beautifully and newly designed. It was really nice to stay there, looking forward for the next visit.

Excellent location, but also excellent small hotel accommodation for a affordable price. Super organization, service and hospitable kindness of the manager Gordana - Goga, but also of the employees in the cafe. The room and the bathroom were great, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

Good location where you can find easy parking and within 10-15 min on foot you can be in all hot spots of Beograd. Room was clean and bed really comfortable. The hotel is locating in a quiet area and it’s surrounded from coffee and bakeries.. hotel stuff was friendly and polite (not common in Serbia … )

The washroom and shower are splitted into two, so it is not that practical if you're travelling with a friend.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city, 10-15min walk to the centre. The owner of the hotel and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very well prepared.

It's not my first stay in Belgrade and this place is the best I had, really comfortable and cosy. The location is perfect - its in the center although very quiet. Thank you very much to lovely Gordana and they guys in the bar who did the best for us. It's a place that makes you come back!
