Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Very clean, spacious apartment. Very close to the Sq. Trg. Republike. It was a very good choice for us, who participated in 38th Belgrade Marathon.

Neighbour below was aggressive and constantly complaining about the noise even when everybody was asleep.
Bojan was fantastic to deal with, always on call. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

If you come by car there is not many parking space around, if so there is only for a limited time

Nothing, everything was amazing.
We really enjoyed our stay at the 7 Heaven apartment. It was clean, modern and in a perfect location to explore the city. Mini supermarket 2 mins walk away and air conditioning was much appreciated given the extremely warm weather. Bojan was a great host who was able to promptly answer any questions which we had. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at a holiday property in a beautiful location. The host was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed instructions and helpful recommendations. The property itself was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful retreat or as a base to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning in the future.

Just two things: 1) parking is almost impossible to find at this location 2) we had a gathering of people in the living room for my wife's birthday. We had no music whatsoever and people were talking normally, no shouting or loud laughing. Neighbours from downstairs were banging at the walls, I guess they were expecting total silence? It was maybe 9PM, so it wasn't even late at night. It kinda spoiled the moment for us.
Awesome apartment, at a very nice location. Plenty of space, clean, no complaints about it really. Living room can easily fit a lot of people. Host is nice and gave us very detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment.

Downstairs neighbors came up once very aggressively, and claimed that we're walking so loudly, so don't plan to have pre-drinks at this place.
The apartment was just amazing, with great bedrooms and a very large living room, 5 of us had a great time there. The location is also perfect, it's literally 1 min walk from one of the main square. The host, Bojan was very kind and approachable, providing all the necessary information. Would love to go back soon :)

Some things in the apartment need repair. For example, the shower door moves very stiffly and makes a terrible noise. The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, and then you need to go up the stairs. The elevator itself is cool tho:)
Spacious apartment. Great location. 3 mins from the street where Christmas celebrations took place.

Poor sound insulation. Neighbours from below were complaining about kids sound noise, but our kids were not no loud at all( 3 and 5 years old). Neighbours are very tired from visitors of this apartment, it was stressful for us to limit our kids from their natural behaviour.
Good place. You have all stuff for staying in the apartment. Apparent is big and bright.

There is room for improvement in cleanliness.
The apartment is located in the very center, the host provides a parking space for an additional fee. The parking place is next to the apartment.
