Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only tiny problem we had was with the boiler in the bathroom: the water was lukewarm after a long day of not using it when we wanted to shower after the swimming pool but we had to wait for quite a while to get it nice again. However, this is a tiny issue, and it nearly did not affect the overall experience.
We loved everything: breakfast had good general options, the room was well-sized for 3 people, everything was neat and clean, and we had a great time using the swimming pool and the saunas available. Although not required, a sweet bonus is how multilingual the lady at the check-in was :)

Overall impression is UNFINISHED. This hotel needs a fine touch and serious strategic thinking to be able to shine. For example: There is a small pool and spa, yet like 11 beds for the hotel of 7 floors, so you dont have any place to even put the towels. Also, imagine the temperature in the spa, only to have a toilet (clean) beside it, without any heating, so it is -5 degrees, and you are in wet swimsuit. That is unacceptable. Kids not allowed after 6 pm in the pool and spa section. While I get the idea, pool is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, so this rule should have been shared prior to booking.
The staff is excellent. Decent food choice on the buffet. Optional buffets for lunch and dinner. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool and spa facilities small, noisy, clean. Location great if you want to be a bit outside of the center, yet walking distance to the epicenter of Zlatibor. Underground parking on the premises.

The only thing that really bothered us is the fact that people are permitted to smoke in the dining area.
We really enjoyed our stay, but the best part of it were the friendly people working in all parts of the hotel.

However, we feel there’s room for improvement with the kitchenware—specifically, the frying pan—and it would have been nice to have a dishwasher. That said, there were some issues with the SPA and restaurant staff. The SPA is officially open from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM, but on November 25th, the staff started shutting down equipment and cleaning around 9:00 PM, making it clear that it was time to leave earlier than expected. Similarly, the next morning on November 26th, even by 9:00 AM, the SPA facilities weren’t fully heated, and only the pool was comfortable to use. There was a hiccup when the coffee machine wasn’t working. A staff member just shrugged and seemed disinterested, offering no help despite me asking a few times (November 26th).
The hotel is great and feels brand new. The rooms are well-furnished and very clean, leaving a good impression overall. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and polite, which added to the positive experience.The restaurant offers excellent, diverse, and delicious food, which we really enjoyed.

Elevator was so hard to get and it tooks as up to 10 min to get it ( with baby ansd strolet stairs are not the option). Dinner food could be better.
Apoartman was great, clean and cozy. Spa small but very nice.

Garaza uzana ako je popunjena ogranicen prostor za manevrisanje. Dorucak pomalo "sklepan". Nije toliko los koliko je sve nekako nemarno postavljeno, kao i citav ambijent sale za dorucak.. Neki od zaposlenih i nisu bas susretljivi..odradjuju posao.
Cisto. Uredno. Ima garaza koja se ne naplacuje dodatno.

Everything was great! The only negative mark I would put against the elevator situation: one elevator for staff amd guests, so when the hotel is pretty well booked, elevator situation becomes a bit annoying.

Elevators. One slow elevator is not enough for the whole building. Especially if you are with kids, strollers, etc. Also, it is good that they have garage (limited number of spaces though), but car elevator is broken almost every day (when it rains).

Nothing to dislike in particular. One thing that I noticed - hotel was crowded with lots of guests and cleanliness in some common areas (such as staircases) may be improved in such busy periods.
We had an amazing stay and the apartment felt like home for us and our 1 year old son. Very comfortable beds (including the folding sofa, which had comfy mattress). Clean bathroom with high pressure hot water, well-equipped kitchen. Abundant breakfast included in price. The staff are professional, assistive and friendly, allowed me to store my mountain bike safely in the storage facility underground. Hotel is 5-8 minutes walk to central parts with supermarkets and restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. We really can't think of anything.
Amazing place, gives new perspective on Zlatobir experience. We didn't know what to expect but what we got was joy relaxation and peace. Luxuries new pool and spa. Great food. Even a Tesla charging station.

Spa was not always open on time in the morning and not always attended, offer of full spa service was not clearly explained, staff required reminders. Lunch is good, but depends what you order (Gulaš was to dry). Bathroom towels are changed every day but toilet was not detailed cleaned every day.
Good set up of rooms in apartment, comfortable. Furniture is new. Soft new towels, clean. Nice, spacey, firm beds. Beautiful view. Breakfast excellent, waiters very nice behavior. Spa clean and spacey with good water temperature.
