we stayed for 5 days and our room never got cleaned maybe it has an extra cost i dont know but for 5 days at least our towels couldve changed

The heating was not adjustable, so it was too hot at times, but that was not their fault. Just a heads up to future guests.

The host was friendly, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. We got complementary coffee, tea and water in the rooms. The location was perfect, in the city center, with lots of things within walking distance. I recommend the bakery across the road :) Overall we had a great time, thank you!

Room is small, and there is no cleaning service. Bed sheet only just fits, had to remake nightly as bottom sheet kept pulling away.

Great location next to Republic Square, and near to bars and restaurants. 24h supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Safe, secure. Consumables can be replenished from reception. Reception friendly and helpful.

There are three issues I’d like to mention. First, there were no eating utensils or plates provided, even though there were glasses, cups, and teaspoons. We ordered delivery and found ourselves without forks, knives, or dishes to eat with. I believe these are essential items that should be included. Second, there was no iron or ironing board available. Third, and most frustratingly, there were no screens on the windows to protect against mosquitoes. This was incredibly irritating. On the first night, we spent three hours killing mosquitoes, ending up with a total of 11 (yes, we counted them). On the second night, we fell asleep and I woke up with 16 bites, seven on my face and the rest scattered across my body.

I loved everything about this property! The location is fantastic—it's practically across from Trg Republike Square, with Knez Mihailova just 3 minutes away and Skadarlija only a 10-minute walk. There is a supermarket that works 24/7 close by and pharmacy as well. The suite was clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I haven’t slept that well in months. My absolute favorite feature was the jacuzzi; we didn’t want to get out of it! There was also cable TV and fast internet. I appreciate being provided with many towels, these hosts understand that people do not wipe the face and the whole body with one towel. We will definitely be coming back!

Should be able to accept credit card. A cleaner should clear out the trash bin once in a while as it got full and was almost overflowing.

PARKING. I didn't book parking in ADVANCE and is not granted without pre-booked availability, communicated at the end of the appartement description...READ PEOPLE😳🙈. Not flat related more technicality, as parking on sunny weekend is virtually an adventure per se ;) because Flat is at such awesome location

Amazing location, THE center of the CENTER of city and yet quite and serene sleep. Easy check in/out, unbeatable value for money, ridiculous vicinity of every possible public transportation in any imaginable way, countless top must see sights in circle and CLEAN functional appartement. A bit romantic vibe ;) but I was with my mum so 😅😳😅 and very helpful professional and warm host.
