You have to walk down from your room to the swimming pool and spa in your swimsuit and bathrobe. This is quite inconvenient.

This hotel is really nice and comfortable. The spa zone is one of the best. The warm swimming pool relaxes your entire body and provides great enjoyment. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a friendly reception :)

SPA center: my suggestion for guests - bring your own slippers as hotel's ones are very very slippery on wet floor. Room - maybe not necessarily a minus, this depends on your living style: the central heating delivered low temperature. No matter how high I set it, it was still too cold for us. But we feel best between 22.5 and 24 degrees in the bedroom, and I think this is above average.

First thing I noticed is the staff: very friendly and polite ! 10+ for them all (reception, SPA center, dinner, cleaning service personnel who rushed to the reception when we checked out, we forgot a charger in the room). Breakfast and dinner: high quality food and products, more than enough, at a decent price (we had dinner extra). Good espresso. The dining hall is pleasant to the eyes, intimate, very comfy chairs. Plenty of choices for all tastes and dietary lifestyle. Tasty. At dinner, some of us had salads, others chicken schnitzel and other dishes. They don't joke with the quantity, nor quality, no matter the dish. You're stuffed when leaving the restaurant because you can't help yourself from stopping until the dish is empty 😁 The waiter has forgotten one small salad to bring it to us, was not a problem anyway... he apologized several times, was ashamed and wanted to compensate somehow. We appreciated his gesture. He's everywhere in that hotel, from SPA center giving you towels, then offering drinks, then later he's serving in the dining hall, and all that with dedication, smiling and exchanging a few words. Big thanks to him ! Apologize for not remembering his name. SPA center: nicely and clean, excelent clean and warm water. Nice bath wraps (a bigger size, plus 2 smaller size, like prepared for a family) are provided in the room. Towels are given at the SPA center. Maybe a good idea to bring your own slippers, please refer to the section "what I didn't like". Room: nicely decorated and clean, good mattresses (on the stiff side, but I slept well and no back pain in the morning). Parking (free): at least in February, the private parking had plenty of free spaces. It's closed behind an automatic door, it has video surveillance. I fully recommend the hotel.

Parking lot is not accessible from Hotel, you need to have the gate opened and walk around every time. This could be improved as a door is available, just locked!

Toilet paper - it seems a bit ridiculous, but honestly, the quality of toilet paper in a 4-star hotel could be better. This is the only and, in my opinion, minor downside of the facility.

Wellness center was superb. Gym is equiped beyond expectations. The staff is polite and professional. Food is excelent. Hygiene in the hotel is great.

Noise from the gym below us was not pleasant; the light fixtures were beautiful but the light bulbs were white and cold so the atmosphere in the room was not inviting with the lights on; looks like there was a lack of staff for breakfast so they kept running out of some food items.

... I don't think that is a good idea to charge the Coffee at the breakfast ... local coffee is included with the breakfast, but other brands you have to pay ?? ...the price of overnight was actually locally expensive.

I was stay only one night ... all good ...nothing much to say. the reception was excellent ... clean air-conditioned room with balcony. No problem with parking space .. it is possible parking on the street before the hotel or inside in hotel park-car. The nearest restaurant is like 400 meters from the hotel ... or maybe is somewhere closer. Higher standard breakfast.
