The hotel’s transfer service is very good for people who lands in night or so early. Because taxi fees are expensive. The hotel location and hotel staff was good.

Location is perfect. The way the sliding door to the bathroom was hung it barely closed and didn’t give any privacy. Other than that it was fine.

Friendly and attentive stuff, they have helped us with every request. Delicious breakfast in a cosy café belonging to the hotel. Nice design overall. I think its a genious idea to put a Hot tub in a hotel room. It was the main reason we chose this hotel and we loved it.

We chose to have breakfast included. The food was tasty, but it was poor in diversity. We stayed 2 nights, so it was ok. But if we would have stayed more than 2-3 nights, the breakfast option would have been limited.

The staff was very kind, they welcomed us with a smile and great communication. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in the Bohemian part of the city and it's a lovely place to visit.

There is no separate shower in the room. And the shower hose on the tub is really short you can't take a shower. You have to bath

The staff was really helpful. We arrived 6 hours before check in and were waiting for the restaurants to open so we could wait for the check in time. But the staff cleaned our room at 7 o'clock so we could have some rest. They were great.

The towels weren't soft and I don't like that it's allowed to smoke in the rooms - I couldn't tell if the smell was clinging to my clothes from where I'd been or if it was in the room. Neither thing was a big issue though.

I was luckily upgraded to a nicer room, and it was lovely. Breakfast next door was phenomenal and the staff were nice.

The bathrooms were a bit old

The location is just in the city centre, the staff were very friendly, the hotel is dog friendly and connected with a restaurant which has a kids corner.

I wish there'd been a mini-fridge in the room (some rooms have mini-bars, but not mini-fridges). It would help keep costs down if I could have stored vegetables/milk.

I have only one complaint about the hotel. I am used to get free slippers in hotels in Turkey. There were no slippers or one time use shoes. I felt uncomfortable during the stay because I was always in my shoes.

The staff was absolutely kind and helpful. Not just about the hotel we also received support about the city. Room was warm in a such winter days.

Our room is not good. The hotel make now repair, but our room is old and not clear. The bathroom is small and have hairs. Pillows are very dirty. Parking isn't free.

The place is near the centre. The bed is good for sleep.

At the beginning we didn’t like the fact that we paid for the specific room at the hotel and it didn’t turn out to be the one we actually paid for, it was in a pretty bad situation and dirty but the staff itself didn’t know about it, however they checked us in later on in a better and nicer room which we actually thought was worth the money, the staff was very helpful I have to admit

I stayed with my fiancé at the hotel and the staff at were very helpful and kind, service was nice, the architecture from the outside might seem a bit odd but that’s because they want to keep it that and there’s a lot of history connected to it and apart from that they guided what to avoid and what to see in the city.

The only thing that made us feel uncomfortable is that we've been allocated to a single room (as the front office staff informed at the check out) while the reservation was made for 2! In the room was just 1 pair of towels, thank God one of us had his own towels. The fortunate thing is that the bed was a bit larger than a single one and as we stayed there just for few hours, we didn't ask for room change!

It's location is perfect! The hotel is well maintained and front office staff is very polite!
