The hotel is located in the Bohemian Quarter which is really nice. The receptionist was always extremely nice. The overall experience was really good.

The was a smell of cigarettes 🚬 but in Serbia people used to smoke almost everywhere, maybe it’s a normal thing. No hair dryer, slippers, small amount of shampoo and shower gel, but once you ask the staff everything will be provided. Never switch off the boiler!!!

Very small bathroom/toilet and it was quite cold at night, not sure why. Bed was not very comfortable/squeaky but for 2 nights it was ok.

Some construction works were under way when we stayed in December, so there were construction materials along the hall, but these must be over by the start of the high season.

A very nice and cozy hotel, the location is great, right on the Skadarlija street with historic buildings and old restaurants. We liked the bath right in the bedroom, looks fancy!

The air conditioner was broken, the weather was very cold and even though we asked them to change our room, they did not change it. After 5 hours, they were convinced and changed it. excep that, everything was good.

Good breakfast, It was very nice of them to flex the check-out time in response to my request. Many thanks to the receptionist girl.

There was construction dust in the suit everywhere on the walls. There were also smell of some chemicals. The sink in shower is horrible, shower time means little flood in whole toilet. The sound of music from some place nearby was disturbing at the late evening

Cleaning could be a lot better. There were spider webs on the corner walls and the shower smells bad. The breakfast is good, but if you stay for more than 3 days, you get bored of eating the exact same thing everyday. Asked for an extra pillow but the receptionist didn't bother at all. Asked again the next day, and the young girl receptionist provided the pillow very fast.

Had to take a staircase from 3rd to 4th floor where my room was with heavy luggage. No waste bin in the room or bathroom and had to ask for a hairdryer which they could give me.

Excellent location in lively neighborhood and on popular street. Lots of Serbian restaurants and bars around. Can be a bit loud due to bars and bargoers outside as a result. Staff was incredibly nice and kind, always available to help with directions and calling taxis. Overall a great and very welcoming hotel
