The breakfast was average quality. On a couple of days, the oil used in the omelette did not taste fresh. A female staff member in the restaurant showed annoyance when we arrived for breakfast 30 min before the finishing time one morning. There is not sufficient space for using the toilet in the bathroom of the room we were allotted - other than sitting diagonally.

The hotel's location is vibrant and great for sightseeing. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful in sorting out an extra bed for us and moving our belongings when one of us needed to move rooms.

it’s just the design inside the building like you have to pick up your luggage because their reception front desk ground zero is actually needing to climb stairways. Also when you go outside their main door entrance, the street floor is made of big stones that it will make you have a hard time walking especially if you’re wearing high heels and pulling your luggage or baby strollers, it is a hard job. But the hotel really is located in the Center area.

I feel at home because of the staffs are very helpful and accommodating.

its on a noisy street and you can hear the other rooms too and people walking on the corridors of the hotel. if you come by car you only leave it close by for some 25Eur for 24 hours.

I got a worse room than I had booked. You can only have one plate for breakfast and you can't even choose all tea flavours - only a few.

It is a bit tricky to find the hotel from the parking lot but managed somehow. Some small repairs need in the room where I was staying

The staff was very helpful and kind, and that is what I liked most. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Some things need to be repaired. However, for one day stay this hotel was ok for me. The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

70 meters of stone paving from taxi to the hotel doors, then 21 steps of stairs to the reception desk (no lift at the ground floor) - it’s a little bit tricky for those with heavy luggage.

Parking for payment; Smell and pieces of dirt from jacuzzi pipes; No shower holder (even with curtains around jacuzzi, water splashes around); You might not get hot water if you decided to take a bath/shower later in the evening; Not suitable for people with mobility problems (stairs from front entry and from backyard); Loud staff- talks and giggling at night at reception, cleaning noise in the morning.

spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable for a family and a big dog, well heated in the winter. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and possibility for a dinner in the restaurant (very convenient since all the restaurants were fully booked for Saturday evening)

We had a great stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff. A great spacious room (if they could have found place for an actual shower other than the handheld one in the jacuzzi it'd be a 10/10 score). Location is brilliant in the lively area with bars and restaurants. In general the whole hotel breaths a nice relaxing atmosphere.

there was no elevator to go from the ground floor to the first floor, where the reception is. So, if you have a very heavy luggage, that might be a problem.
