The rooms, halls and walls looks great/perfect in the pictures, but in reality most of them have serios damages (scratches, chipped paint). The fan in our bathroom didn't worked, and since the bathroom doesn't have windows, the humidity after the shower was very uncomfortable. The ceiling of our room has an piece of cooper pipe, which probably had to be removed, and they forgot, or I don't know. The mattress is with springs and they crackle from time to time.

The hotel is located very close to famous resaurants (Dva Jelena, Tri Sesira) and City Center. Pedestrian area in front of the hotel was also very nice. The staff was really friendly and helped us whenever we had some questions. I would really recommend the hotel only based on the location where it is placed, not on the facilities.

Booking.com gave me, a single traveler, a “triple room.” A “single” room was bigger, brighter, and would have better suited me, a single traveler. The hotel had a single room but couldn’t change me because I booked with booking.com. A single room would have cost me less that half what I paid for a “triple room.” Booking.com misled me for its gain.

Staff great, helpful, kind, went above and beyond. Helped with directions and travel arrangements from Belgrade. Helpful with recommendations for food, markets, changing money, tourist sites. Wonderful people.

Keep in mind: there are not many breakfast options (just 3 to choose from, no buffet), however, for me it wasn't a disadvantage, since it was very tasty and hearty anyway.

I really liked my stay. The staff was exceptional - very polite and nice, recommended a lot of good places in the city. The room was huge and very cozy. Even though the hotel is located in the heart of Skadarlija, there was no noise that could bother one's sleep in the night. The location is superb - most of the tourist attractions are in the walking range.

If I talk further about the breakfasts that start at 8:00, I was also disappointed. The first day was relatively easy. We were given a choice of sweet, salty or a mix of both, the staff prepared it, everything was OK. The next day it wasn't right. After my arrival at 8:10 there was not much to choose from on the table, the eggs and sausages were cold, so I ended up with some salad and bread. For 8.5€ it seems really little to me.

The hotel has a great location in the center of Belgrade, the receptionists were nice. The upper rooms are quiet. Unfortunately, that's all of the positives.

I booked two king beds but it was given us a king bed and two single bed. The receptionist didn't have the key of other room to show us the two king bed. If we can chose on booking two king beds, why they didn't have them???🤔. It was noisy because of the pubs around us. We didn't have shower gel.

Access access access and Safety! If you're in a wheelchair, you can't get into this hotel. Not pram friendly either unless you can lift it up 25 stairs front entry or 8 steps back door entry. Also only 1 key supplied, physical key, cant lock the door from the inside without the key, no secondary lock, the actual door handle was broken and solely relied on the safety of the 1 lock. Family room, yet 1 key supplied. Anyone can access the hotel and lifts from the street from back door or front door entry, security or safety is not considered. Shower kept flooding the bathroom as there was no shower screen, therefore can't use the toilet without a flood of water..... Felt the springs in the bed mattress as well! The photos weren't what we got. 2 chairs for a family of 5 doesn't work either. Hot water didn't last long either when a whole family is trying to shower.

The location was great, the room was spacious. The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly.

The only thing that could go better with the room that we had for 3 people was: the bathroom. It had a tiny smell not anything to be put off or anything, but yeah they need to fix the bathroom as soon as possible.

The staff was incredible and so warm towards us, any questions that we had the were delighted to answer it at their best. And they also recommended us their favorite places besides like the tourist stuff, which we appreciated a lot. The location of the hotel is at the old town which suited our company nice. The room was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We will definitely book this hotel in the future visit to Beograd

It was a puzzle or challenge to get to the toilet with a washing basin and close the big door behind ... but it was fun.... Someone needs to redesign this huge door!

The live music from the restaurant’s hotel was so loud all night that I couldn’t sleep. I thought maybe at 22:00-23:00 pm they will stop, but no, the band was screaming even louder. Definitely not going back although the location is great. And also private parking on site is not real , although they mentioned it and it was the main reason I have picked that hotel. They have 4 parking spots and probably staff parks there. They are close to a private parking behind the hotel but that one is mostly full because of the terraces surrounding it. So, even mentioned parking reservation in advance, ask them before booking if they can guarantee you that.

We spent only few hours there as it was a night stopover, location was good to see a bit around city center, in the back of the hotel there is a nice place with terraces.

The room wasn’t so great and the tub backed up a lot. 1 SET OF REGULAR KEYS. Not very secure so don’t leave valuables. You could walk down the street and make a copy basically.

Location is close to everything and surprisingly quiet on bottom of street. Staff were super friendly and helpful and 24 hour reception was nice.

the placement of the aircon in the bedroom was not great. when it was on it was too cold but needed to be on as the other beds could not feel it. room needs a refresh but didn’t hinder our stay, and were told these will be renovated soon!

Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Reception staff Maja and Nevena were so kind and helpful. They both went out of their way to help us with any questions we had. Nothing. Of course, you can find some, but it's difficult;). Noise? But you can shut the window and use air-conditioning. Bad breakfast? Ahah. You can eat anywhere else. Really, it is nothing to say. And smoking is prohibited!

This place is perfect not only because of location (the eldest street of Beograd, restaurants, picturesque views ect, you know). Stuff was very polite and helpful. And the room with jacuzzi was clean, cosy, well furnished and comfortable. And we had a good breakfast in the nearest cafe for only 900 rsd. To be honest, it was one of the best hotels I've ever been at. Thanks!
