The conditioner did not work during our stay but the staff gave us compensation. Hopefully they will manage to resolve the problem. Also a bit noisy road near the hotel can’t allow to sleep well with the opened windows. All the rest is exceptional.

Be careful when entering the garage.

The hotel is beautifully designed in mountain style. Every detail makes you feel good. The room is spacious, comfortable, well equipped. The pool and spa area are excellent. Breakfast and dinner are perfect and delicious. Bor Hotel by Karisma is great for a break.

The hotel is really nice. Beautiful interior, rooms are spacious and very clean. There's a lounge on the ground floor with a terrace, they serve delicious coffee and deserts. I loved that there is an iron and an ironing board in the room as these always come in handy when your dressing yourself from a suitcase. Also, pretty much any other amenity you can think of. The spa and the pool are nice. Room and water temperature were great for the kids. There are lots of spa treatments you can splurge on if you like Breakfast is great! And the staff is really professional and polite. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely come back whenever we're in Zlatibor.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is brand new and has everything you need for a perfect relaxation trip. The food is excellent; you always have freshly squeezed fruit juices for breakfast, which is rare in breakfast offerings. You can also choose a slightly different breakfast menu free of charge. The room is spacious, the bed is perfect, and the cleaning service comes to your room every day. You can also request a change of sheets whenever you like. The spa is also great. In addition to the Finnish sauna, they also have a bio sauna, which is perfect for those who don't like saunas too warm. They also offer different detox waters you can enjoy during your stay at the pool and sauna. There is also indoor parking available. The service is so professional, and everything they offer is at the highest level.

Absolutely amazing hotel! I was surprised with high quality level provided by the BOR hotel. This includes everything from overall experience to the small details of room design. Me and my kids enjoyed the pool and saunas. The restaurant was also exceptionally good. I had one of the best salmon steaks in my life. We are definitely coming back!

The only thing we did mind is that even though there is a pool area created specifically for children, the main spa pool always had loud kids around shouting, jumping and splashing. We were later informed that the quiet time is between 8h and 10h, but since it is a spa and the goal is relaxation, I think that quiet time should be all day. Or it should be clear that the pool is a more family centric place.

There is no question that this is the best hotel on Zlatibor and probably in Serbia. The staff, rooms, spa and restaurants are all on a much higher level than any other places in the area and are really creating a standard. The amenities are great and they thought of everything. The hotel interior is fantastic and the food was amazing in both restaurants. We didn’t find many reasons to leave the hotel. The continental breakfast had beautiful pastries and cakes in addition to savory options with traditional foods as well. Just a relaxing and beautiful experience altogether. The only place to stay on Zlatibor.

We liked everything!

Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect! The whole hotel is designed with impecable style, the service was without a mistake, staff is very professional, kind and helpful. We came a few days after our wedding to relax and we were greeted with warm welcome and congratulations, tasty cake and champain in our room. Breakfast is perfect, tasty, you can choose from a wide variety of food. You can relax in an amazing spa, with a beautiful pool, various saunas, massages… Room is equipped with such attention to details that you will have everything that you can possibly need. No words to express how good everything was! We will definitelly come back! P.S. There is of course good parking and garage, location is close to the city center but it is still calm and quiet and you can enjoy a pretty view from a room balcony.
