Don't think twice, you need to stay here. Its amazing and unique place, stuff super friendly, clean, cosy common space with nice terrace where you can relax with a drink, bus stop 2-3min walking distance and in 10 min you are in center. It's like a retreat.

there really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. It’s easy access by walking through the Ušće park, from the bike path, which runs right behind the property or from the local bus which has a stop not far from the location.

this houseboat motel sits right along a branch of the Danube river in new Belgrade. Rooms are cozy and peaceful. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and as a result of the staff, we will return again in the future.

There is a little weird smell at the bathroom not because of the dirty. It was very clean bathroom

Perfect location,quiet and peaceful. There are many swans and ducks in the area and they make your day better.Staff is great especially Jovan . Everywhere in hotel is very clean,breakfast is perfect. If i come to belgrade again i will definetly stay there again.

The taxi cannot drop you off at the entrance,one has to walk about 100m from the drop off point. Didn't have breakfast as we had to leave by 7am..

The Botel has Amazing views..very scenic.Its not too far from the Airport and comfortable. The reception personnel are very welcoming.

There is no direct access with car to the place which is obvious and noticeable before renting the place

If you are traveling with big luggages, this hotel can be challenging to reach as you cannot have a direct access to the main entrance.

It was nice to wake up to a lake and forest view, AC kept us warm, bathrooms can be cleaner, staff was amazing and helpful, breakfast is good if you have no food intolerance.

The area can get a bit loud at night, but this is of course, not their fault.

For me, it is one of the best locations in Belgrade because you can relax by the water far away from the city crowd.

I liked everything, but I think the other guests have to keep in mind this is a boatel, so it's difficult to make rooms soundproof. There can be some nice from time to time coming from the outside or the other rooms, but don't blame it on the boatel, just use the earplugs. :)

Everything was great! The room and the bathroom were clean, and I enjoy watching the sunset and the sunrise over the river from my balcony. I also liked a lot the cafe/ main balcony where I was chilling during the day while drinking the cup of coffee and observing Kalemegdan (Belgrade fortress) in the distance. When it comes to the location, I have to say this is the best place if you're looking for an unique accommodation in a quite area/ nature, but still super close to the Belgrade (summertime) nightlife on the riverside, and quite close to the City center. The big shopping mall (Ušće) is on a walking distance (cca 10 min) which makes everything more convinient, and also, there are a lot of amazing cafes and restaurants nearby (also on the riverside)! And last but not the least- amazing staff! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable guys!

At that time was close-by a Musical Festival with techno-music till approx. 3 am.

The Location directly on the danube River is great, the a staff is very friendly! You can enjoy your drinks, included local draft beer, also on the boat in the beer Garden.

the security could be improved on the deck: I was not afraid with my 7 years old kids, but I wouldn’t have been confortable staying on the deck with small children (I.e. below 6) as they could fall in the water

Everything was OK, just the breakfast - especially for children there was not much choice

The boat is cute, everything was as we expacted. Location is realy good - you can reach the town center in 20 minutes by foot. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Just the breakfast was a bit poor.

We had a great stay, all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room is neat with a nice view of the water and national park. The outside space is lovely to relax and enjoy a drink. Breakfast is good and the overall atmosphere was very enjoyable.

I didn't like that we didn't have more time to stay there, we will have to fix that by coming again. That is, of course, totally our fault.

The experience of "living" on a boatel itself is amazing, you fall asleep feeling the water under you, you wake up feeling the water under you, the first thing you see from your bed through the window is water <3 and if you're lucky enough, ducks and swans! Amazing! The terrace on the water where you can eat or have a drink is also amazing. And to make it even more amazing, this boatel has the warmest, nicest host in the world! Thank you so much, though I travel a lot, this has become my favourite place in the world! +the bus station is nearby, the medieval park is nearby, the boat cruise is nearby, the shopping center is nearby, the promenade is practically your yard and the old town is 30min walk.
