The lighting in the room and bathroom was inadequate and the housekeeping could have been better. The position is a 15 -20 minute walk from the centre.

As a typical problem for all the hotels located in a busy city center, street noise was inevitable. But it was OK when we shut the windows, sound insulation was good enough.

Very central location, modern design and comfortable room. Parking place available just next to the hotel is 15€ per day.

Some discrepancies in the payment method - I was charged in the local currency and it ended up being more expensive than the amount confirmed via booking. Also a construction site exactly outside my window, which is not the hotel's fault but still unpleasant early wake up.

The hotel's location is great to explore Belgrade. The staff was very helpful and friendly, talkative. The room is huge, we haven't realized at the time of the booking how big it is :D The building has been renovated, tasteful and elegant space. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices are available.

the music on our floor was a bit too loud, was able to hear it from the room at night since the speaker was so close to my door. if you can turn it down a little bit , that would be great :)

The rooms can be more clean and the walls should be better noise isolating from the other rooms/corridor. The stuff can be more pleasant as well. Do NOT take the parking, as the hotel is charging more than if you pay to the parking directly. Price is quite high for the location

This Hotel is poor and terrible, not clean at all, very noisy and hot!! I asked the staff to turn on the AC, during all my stay, but they are just refusing telling that impossible, because it’s not season…breakfast very poor and average, every day the same , it seems like they don’t care about the customers! Will never come back again!

The carpet in our room was the filthiest I have ever seen in a hotel in my life (I include pictures). However the rest of the room/bathroom were pretty clean.

Family room was quite worn and tired. The property overall is a bit tired and has seen better times. Tiles in shower were mouldy, bathroom had a consistent unpleasant sewage smell, the room was dusty and there was a dead bug on the window throughout our week long stay. It might have been just the family room, not sure... The quality of breakfast items was Ok, some were very oily and processed. Otherwise, it was generally possible to find good food to eat.

All members of stuff from reception to restaurant were helpful, kind and attentive. Whatever, the hotel is missing in terms of quality, they are definitely substituting by people who work there! The location is very handy as well. I wish I had more things to add here... but also trying to be objective.

As I used the bathroom I found no toilet paper in the room, it took the guy 30 minutes to bring me two rolls. The shower is full of mold, but as far as I understand it's a general problem for Belgrade, no touch up repairs in hotels are done ever. But it wasn't that bad until the receptionist ripped me off of EUR8 for overpriced water upon check out. It was mentioned that the water is complimentary, but guess what? The only water in the room was in the fridge, which is a part of the mini bar. So there was no toilet paper and no water, which resulted in this stupid situation. I have the first entrance to the room recorded on video, but the receptionist didn't want to listen. Stay away from this poor service.

The location is superb, the breakfast was good. I received a room upgrade from booking.com, which was unexpected, thanks for that.

The room is tired and outdated. You can hear anything what’s happening on the floor. There was some weird loud sudden noises of a/c. Rainfall shower head was broken. Towels all were dirty with some make up. There was no signage do not disturb in the room, you have to go to reception to ask for this. That’s why they were disturbing daily, always knocking asking for something
