Serbia- NO DRINKABLE WATER Rather small apartments. A 4- people one is for 3 persons maximum. - The pool room is so humid and the pool itself is ok, but could be cleaner.
- In a remote place, surounded by nature. - Comfortable accomodation. - Food offer is only not plentyful, but it is extraordinary delucious and aranged. Fish is taken from the pond nearby.

BulgariaThe most important thing when you are on vacation is to escape from daily stress and go where you can relax without any stress, unfortunately this hotel doesn't achieve this goal and they helped me not to forget it. When I made a reservation everything was ok, I received a conformation and start my Journey to my holiday not worry about my stay. I notified the hotel for my late arrival at about 8pm so was traveling without any doubt about my stay, but 30 minutes before arrival I got a call from the hotel that I don't have a room and at 7.30pm I didn't have any other option except to accept their offer to be accommodate in some guesthouse for which my decision I regret very much at 3am when I was freezing without heating in December , for them it was nothing wrong. I thought they will give me some excuses, but no it is completely normal to pay for good hotel and to leave you at cold room of some guesthouse. I have to say I've paid the full price of this terrible stay. I can't recommend this hotel at all because it not caring about its clients, there's a really big risk to get left without place to stay.
The hotel itself is nice and the water in the pool was hot and clean. The restaurant was very good and the food was fine.

AustriaThe room was far too small for this interior design. The designer wanted to transport the impression of sleeping in the woods, however we felt trapped. There is a small pet zoo attached, which is nice for children. However, the floodlight was on the whole night, which means that the birds could find sleep, neither did we. Food in the restaurant was also not as expected. For example the home made bread wasn’t salted. It looked delicious, but the taste was boring.
Breakfast was quite good. The surroundings and the garden of the hotel are beautiful.
