Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaAt first I was put in a room with a musty smell, stagnant water or mold on the third floor #309, with a view and noise of a construction site, but then I was moved to a room opposite and there was no smell of staleness. They gave me a robe with an unpleasant smell of dampness for the infrared sauna, which was +35 * 🤭 The smell of burning from the street was so strong that I closed the balcony, it was unbearable.
The omelette was delicious, but while the bartender was preparing it, she sneezed twice without a mask. The cheese and vegetables were dry, the fruit was limp, coffee and tea for some reason were only on the 1st floor, and it is not very convenient to go down the stairs and back during breakfast. And the cutlery and the table were clean

The people. The hotel have a very friendly, polite and always willing to help staff (managers and personnel). The breakfast was good. The room was big and clean. The bed was real queen size bed and very comfortable.

RomaniaThe mini refrigerator in the room kept making some loud noise from time to time. Some of the sheets were not super clean. The matres from the small bed was not so good. But the matrimonial bed was comfortable. The biggest disapointment was the BREAKFAST , very poor and a huge difference between what you see in the hotel's pictures and the reality .
It is a clear 8 . Not excelent, not bad . It is an 8 .

United KingdomThe hotel is looking drab and needs updating. I stayed here when it first open many years ago and I get the impression it hasn't been touched since. Also there is a massive building site right next to the hotel, a project that's going to run for sometime so be prepared for a bit of noise.
I've used this hotel several times over many years and the staff here are always very helpful and friendly. If your looking for a budget hotel then the Dash is great.

BulgariaThe hygiene could have been better. The electrical wiring was not entirely safe. We also heard a humming noise coming from the electrical panel in the room. Everything is too worn out but at least the sheets and towels were clean and smelled good🙂 The bathroom was acceptable.
The attitude of the personel was very friendly. They helped us in every way possible. The location was OK. You can easily walk on foot to the centre of the city for about 40 minutes.
