I am usually big on bitching and complaining, but I am honoured to say that I had almost zero complaints for that one wonderful night and day I stayed. Really, my first time seing such a spotless, spacious and cozy hostel. And the only thing I have to mention is not a complaint but rather an observation and suggestion, the doors of my dorm 6L were making squeaking sound so if I or other people staying wanted to open or close them and someone was already asleep, it was a bit uncomfortable for me to go out knowing Im potentially annoying/disturbing someone, so I guess just a taddy bit of oil will solve it. But then again, Im an anxious person and worry too much. No idea if it bothers or will bother anyone else : )

Got contacted by the lady owner immediately after booking. She was helpful with info how to get to the hostel. I arrived and was welcomed by a very warm man who's actually the owner. He was aware I was tired but still made it brief and effective with info I needed. I booked a 6-person dorm and man was I taken by surprise. The hostel is super clean. So well equipped and decorated. The bunk beds are super cozy in the 2nd building, lower floor where I stayed. 190m long, and I could do morning stretch with my foot touching the upper bed when stretched up. I could sit up and not hurt my head as it usually happens with bunk beds. The bedsheets were clean. The showers were clean. The toilets were clean. The guests seem to have been regular or long-stayers. There are two kitchens in the hostel - I stayed in the 2nd building with two dorms, separate showers room, separate toilets for guys n girls and a kitchen big enough that you can turn around, twirl and enjoy the cooking : ) It's well equipped for a hostel and pots and pans aren't scratched. Another kitchen is on the 2nd floor in the first building where the reception is. It is also well-equipped and it overlooks the lounge area with tables, couch and a balcony. The lounge area is quite cozy. Peeps worked online from there. The library section was full of useful guides how to travel in Serbia and what to do, see, try... I got some ideas for myself. I havent walked to the center but peeps staying there said it is a 10-15 min walk. I don't think you even need the center if you don't need to go there since just outside of the hostel, there's street sellers selling veggies and fruit, green market, bakeries, bbq places, healthy food stores, discount shops... Really cool location and one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in! THUMBS UP!

Good location close to the centre. Very nice and helpfull staff, really big bed with curtains, privacy, a lot of space, clean, enough showers and toilets, close to stop of Airport bus, perfect value.

Very comfortable and spacious for a hostel. You have privacy due to the curtains, you have stairs for the top bunk, you don't have to climb ladders. Plenty of space in the common area too.

The owner Ivan is an amazing guy, he let me check in early, the bed was amazing, super comfortable with curtains,lockers. The room was super clean.kitchen to cook with everything you need. I’ve met an amazing people awhile my stay and made new friends. Ivan came day before at night to wish me goodbye and safe travels. I love everything about this place.

I just want to say it as a suggestion. It would not be bad if there were lamps at the bedside in the rooms. I only saw this deficiency in the room I stayed in.

I stayed there for 3 nights. First of all, there is always someone smiling and helping. When I arrived they asked which room I wanted to stay in. He was very polite. It was in a very good location. It was good for me to be able to use the kitchen.

A warm and friendly environment operated by a nice family. Room was clean and lockers were available. A small kitchen is also a bonus and a large lounge and terrace make for sirey vibes. Everything was good, notably the atmosphere. They also have a secure garage to store your bicycle. Would recommend 100%

The TV area in the shared lounge no longer exists, yet it is still being advertised (the photos of the hostel should be updated - they are a few years old). Also the rooms are clean, but some corners near furniture in the kitchen and bathroom require thorough cleaning.

Nice accommodation with affordable price. Very well connected with the bus station and the airport with bus 34.

It's a bit outside of the city center, but there of plenty of shops nearby and stops for two different bus routes within 3min of the hostel, so it's not like it's impossible to get around. Be warned that there is no elevator and the hostel is two floors up. Thankfully, Ivan was a saint and helped with my suitcase!

The owners, Jelena and Ivan, really care about the hostel and it shows. They know everything there is to know about Niš and are so kind and friendly. The volunteers at the time of my visit, Rapha and Ted, were hardworking and sociable. Rapha was especially tireless in making sure the hostel was alwaus clean and tidy. The beds upstairs are comfortable and will soon have curtains like the ones downstairs, I'm told. The kitchen is small, but has most everything you could need and many of us were cooking daily during my stay. There is only one shower upstairs for as many as 10 people on any given night, but I never had any issues with having to wait over the course of 2wks. Overall, fantastic value for money and I would totally stay here again.

Everything was perfect. This is how every hostel should be like. Cleans sheets and bathrooms, warm, kitchen, after check out I could leave my luggage safely and explore more and then come back for it and even use the kitchen.

No curtains on beds so no privacy in the dorm room. The other guests in the room didn't put their stuff in the locker provided, but spread it everywhere in the room and on the floor. I did not like this. There was a table in the room, and the guests put their stuff on the table also. Guests should put their stuff in the lockers and not leave it around the room. The staff should enforce this. Hooks on the door or on the wall would be nice to hang jackets or towels.

Location good, close to shops and a large park. Nice large common area with eating or working tables, sofas and chairs. Balcony. Kitchen small but well-equipped with stove-top, oven, microwave, water cooker, teas, coffee, sugar, fridge, etc. Nice large locker in the dorm room with key.

the location of hostel was not bad everyone need to walk some (its healthy hahah). the host was amazing , he was soo kind soo helpfull , soo fun . literally everything was great actually it was my best hostel ıve ever stayed. day n night:)
