I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Element in Novi Sad and I can't find a single negative thing to say. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. What truly stood out was the delightful breakfast – it was not only delicious but also offered a great variety.

Refrigerator not cooling enough.

We had a wonderful experience travelling by car across Europe and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were soft and luxurious. Espresso machine, kettle, coffee, tea, water, minibar. Fast internet connection. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Safe parking underground for a decent amount. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked items.

Location is a bit outside of the center. But taxi is cheap and staff helped us to order it.

The only negative feedback would be about the parking lot. If you wamt to park in their garage, it is 6 euros per day. And it is limited parking. But there is a free outdoor parking on the other side of the building.

The Suite very comfortably accomodates 3-4 Persons. The rooms are large, clean, modern and well equipped. Safe basement parking and 24 h reception makes it a perfect overnight stop on your road trip towards Turkey or Greece

Kids were running in the corridor on our last night - they were part of a large group who booked multiple rooms and adults were talking loudly too with no regards to other guests. We can hear these from inside our room and we are in a suite at the end of the hotel. Either I was just sensitive as we have a toddler who I don’t want to wake up but it was at 11pm at night…

Location and cleanliness- staff/ladies at reception were outstanding! They need a raise. We were there when the storm hit and the receptionist told me that it was on its way- we parked outdoors so we quickly arranged for the covered parking or else our rental car would be damaged. Food at the restaurant is also a plus.

The room and other areas of the hotel are clean. Breakfast isn't varied, but it's rather good. The location of the hotel is ideal if you have a car, but if you don't, it doesn't take more than half an hour to get to the historic centre.

The design of the room is a bit wired, especially the toilet, I pinched my hand between the door and the basin when I tried to throw the rubbish to the rubbish bin which place next to the toilet (when the door open, it is very close to the basin, which you need to enter the bathroom and close the door to reach the toilet as well as the rubbish bin.)

It is near the coach station, around 15-20 mins walk from the hotel. It is good if you need to catch an early bus. And the hotel provides breakfast as well, at least can fill the stomach before getting on coach.

Room was noisy from road traffic. No proper windows noise isolation. Bathroom is incomplete and trash bin was not properly cleaned.

1) There was no water after midnight. No water at all, so you can't use shower/toilet. We stayed for two nights and it happened both nights. I told a guy on reception about this and he couldn't care less, so I assume the hotel is well aware about this situation, they just hope no one will notice 2) The room smelled like cigarettes through our entire stay, I don't smoke, so it was hard to sleep in there I booked the room for 3 nights, but left after the second night, it was very uncomfortable

The stuff wasn't helpful when our key didn't work, and we asked for another one. They just said "it should work" but replaced the key anyways so it atarted working. It seemed as if we were diturbing their day at work and not welcome at all. Another thing is food. We felt quite bad after their breakfast by the end of the day and for the whole next day. The plates were dirty, and we didn't notice initially, only after we had eaten some. The food wasn't fresh overall but didn't smell or anything like that. Cut vegetables were not looking great, though. We were charged for supposedly free underground parking, and to our surprise, the checkout time was very early, while on Booking, there is no mention of that. The restaurant wasn't working at 8 PM already even though they said it should work till 11 PM.

The breakfast left me disappointed. There wasn't much choice and, on top of that, they didn't refill the trays as would be expected. Also, many of the tables were not cleaned after someone left.

The room was nice and clean, with a modern look.

WiFi didn't work (and I really needed it), and not only WiFi, but the regular net from my internet provider couldn't work properly. My impression and a bad rating are based solely on the catastrophic internet connection. I actually stopped in Novi Sad in order to do some work, but wasn't able to do it because of non existent internet connection. I left hotel too early, so I couldn't rate the breakfast.

Hotel is obviously new and from the appereance everything is excellent.
