The temperature of the pool was 27°C. A little cold for winter.

Room was clean, comfy and warm in january. The hotel is in a good nature.

- The hotel has a lot of facilities outside. But almost all of them are damaged or fully non-function. For example: playground is closed because of broken facilities. Only the trampoline is available but it doesn't look safe enough. - Backyard of the hotel is full of abandoned buildings, machinery and looks like a messy building yard. - There are many partly-wild dogs walking on territory. They are friendly but they are still not pets. - Air and water temperature in the SPA complex were low and uncomfortable (in January). There was used gas-powered industrial heater for warming the air. I don't think that it is safe and acceptable to use it in such a way.

- Nice location. There are many paths to walk around and the magnificent Rtanj mountain nearby. - Good breakfast. - The staff is friendly and helpful. - Big territory.

Staff members at the restaurant were ignoring us, we waited twenty minutes before we could get the menu.

The water in the pools was very cold, so we didn't really enjoy swimming, even though it was very hot outside You can also see a small pool for children in the pictures, but it's gone now. The place is nice but needs a bit of renovation.

We really enjoyed food and service by english speaking waiter. He was really good and helpful, very professional. Areal of motel was good, but needs maintenance.

The accommodation has good potential but it is not maintained very well. It misses some facilities and some things are cheaply done. It misses facilities that were already added on the map, for example aquapark. The outdoor swimming pool looks green but they are using natural spring water. But it did not attract us to get in. There are unfinished buildings on site that look more abandoned than worked on. Overall good potential, but poorly executed. For a place that is located in the middle of nowhere, they should focus on richening their offer.

The room was in general good. It was spacious and clean which is what we needed. It is in the nature surrounded by mountains. The indoor pool was nice and there are plenty of sunbeds. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, home made food. They also offer Rtanjski tea for breakfast which is delicious.

We didn't like restaurant. Waiters and service was not on the highest level. The food is not on the highest level also. We are disappointed that this facility is on this level and restaurant is not and it should be. The prices are really high also.

All what we expected was good. The room is amazing, pool is great, lady on reception was great. The breakfast was good.

Booking a hotel with spa at the end of the summer, is for the purpose of relaxation and warmth of the sauna and steam bath. Although the hotel via Booking claimes and specified that the spa is functional and available, these facilities didn't seem to work for longer period, as they were partially disassembled. If we knew they are not working, we wouldn't have chosen this accomodation.

Facilities are old and obsolete. Toilet is somewhat renovated, but poorly cleaned and not maintained. No soup bars, no toiletries, and very scarcely available towels. They even charge for towels in the spa. Spa is sad, sauna and steam bath are not working, so you can only use the indoor pool and bubles masage chairs in the pool. Staff is is very unfriendly, especially those working in the restaurant. Breakfast was poor, and they do not top it up. If you come later, you stay hungry for sure.

Location is very good, in green forest, clean air and very peaceful. Linings are clean and smell very nice. Our room was specious and beds were comfortable. Outdoors are very pleasant, and you can enjoy the nature.

The hotel requires refurbishment. We stayed in a bungalow that had not been refurbished unlike the new part, it had no air conditioning, no small fridge, the hot water came out after turning on the tap for about 20 minutes, and the mattress was not very good. The bathroom's hygiene close to the restaurant could be better, as the smell permeates the restaurant.

The location of the site is the most valuable aspect, it es a nice and quite place to rest. The restaurant also works well during all day.
