The staff ist very helpful. The hotel has a free mini bar. The breakfast was very delicious. The guests have a free entrance at Fruske Therme.

The bungalow we stayed in accommodated 5 (using a pullout sofa) but there was only one chair and the tiny sofa to sit on in the lounge. It made for an awkward stay having nowhere to sit together. Adding another armchair and larger sofa would make much better sense for accommodation of 5 and be more comfortable. We ended up bringing in the outdoor chairs so we could all sit together inside during wet weather.

Fantastic pool and spa facilities at Fruške Terme. I can see this place would be even more fun during season. It was extremely handy having breakfast included which was an excellent buffet. Note you are restricted to using the restaurants in the complex and not all are open before season.

Don't like the mattress, for us it was very soft.

Stunningly beautiful place, excellent spa. The breakfast was varied, it was delicious. Rooms are a bit shabby but overall we liked everything. Great place to have a weekend getaway, do some hiking and then relax in the spa afterwards.

very simple hotel, but Spa of Fruska Terme can be used. Breakfast is also served in Fruska Terme. Thus, OK if you just stay there for sleeping.

I did not like 'Damage pricelist' at the beginning of pricelist for extra services I expected to see. For the money we paid it is nonsence to be charged if by mistake we broke a glass, for example. I haven't seen this kind of pricelist in any hotel we stayed until now.

Besides everything was perfect there was this one negative thing which we forgot to tell the staff before leaving. In one of the bedrooms rooms, there is this annoying sound of an trapped bug behind the wood loft. I as husband and father was sleeping in that room, but was quite disturbed during the nights by the annoying sound.

Cosy cottage for our family of four. Access to beautiful swimming pools and spa in the hotel across the street, we loved our stay and would love to come back again.

In a triple room, two beds are very comfortable, but the third is a very uncomfortable sofa bed. I asked at the reception if one mattress could be added to that uncomfortable bed, but there was no such possibility.

Doručak je kvalitetan i raznovrstan. Posebno prija mogućnost šetnje u prirodi, do Vrdničke kule, kao i do manastira Ravanica iz 16. veka. Vazduh je čist i, što je najlepše, u celom vodovodnom sistemu je pitka izvorska voda.

If you rent a bungalow, be aware they stand very close to a restaurant that also hosts events. I was lucky, but if there is a party or something like that, I think the noise levels will make sleep uncomfortable.

The whole complex is very well organized and the whole wellness and spa center is well equipped. The pools are well maintained and the breakfast is very good.

No bell boy available in the hotel. One night there was a party in the banket hall till midnight with music playing out loud.

Good place to stay with kids. Swimming pools are in 100 meters from hotel working even in winter (including outside ones). Breakfast in the hotel nearby is included. Not much choice, but there is a thing to eat for anyone i guess. You can also get a dinner there, but that’s charged separately.

The mattresses were too soft.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The facilities are very nice, quiet and clean, and new. Soft drinks in the minibar are included in the price which is a nice touch. The breakfast in the Movenpik hotel was delicious, and the Aqua Centre and Sauna World are pure joy. We also loved the stroll up the hill to the old tower, and enjoyed the wild flowers along the trail and the beautiful view from the top.

considering that the whole complex aspires to be a premium in terms of its image and price range, some things should not happen. For example, empty water bottles in the spa complex. Not all infrared sauna lamps work. The hot-cold water system / Kneip/ does not work

We allready had a wonderfull experience of staying in Movenpick before. We stayed in appartments, we had there 2 big clean rooms, a kitchen and a balcony, facing to the mountains. Now we decided to try something new. Etno hotel was more expensive and we expected something even better than that. But the room was really very-very small, dark, with a small window, situated high on the wall, and you couldn't even see the view, because it was covered with some moscito net. Some wooden parts of the doors in the bathroom were roten, we didn't found hair conditioner or tooht paste, but when we asked for it, a women kindly brought it into a room. They also don't have free water on the corridor, and when it's hot you want to drink a lot...

We enjoyed SPA and breakfast. The best breakfast and the best SPA in Serbia!!! And we had some water and drinks in mini bar but didn't use it, because we didn't know it's for free

Italian restaurant was poor - expensive mediocre food and small portions. Use of pool next morning for an hour before we left was charged and use of spa was even more.

I hate the fact that as a guest of Bungalows you are not allowed to walk through the hotel to get to spa and pools. They make you use side entrance..which makes you walk quite a bit around the hotel...even when the weather is bad. Not for families with small kids. Once you are at the pool and have to go inside to have lunch...they will make you walk outside..around hotel..just to get in to the restaurant which is only 1 story from the pool location.

- the hotel room itself. Firstly, a small window and no balcony - you expect something completely different from a hotel in nature. Secondly, the room has an uninteresting design: there is nothing "ethnic" about it - just a very dull corporate style - it was noisy in the room, as there was a banquet on the first floor all day - lack of free water in the room (and no cooler on the floor). Even upon a direct request at the reception, they offered me plain water in regular plastic bottles for a fee. This is the first time we've encountered this! - complete disregard for the needs of people who drink tea (not coffee). There is a coffee machine in the room, but no kettle (so it was impossible to make hot water for tea). No hot water available at breakfast (you have to stand in line at the coffee machine, which, unlike the room, has a hot water function) Overall, the impression was that this is not a full-fledged hotel for a nature getaway, but rather rooms in addition to a huge conference hall.
