We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MaltaThe lift is tiny (it only takes 2 people) so it can be quite a wait at busy times.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a small problem in my room the first night and when I told the receptionist, it was fixed right away. We had dinner at the hotel once and the waiter, Misha, was fantastic. (The food was good too!)

TurkeyWe rented 2 rooms. In one of the rooms toilet and bath separated and toilet was so small to fit in. Elevator is very narrow and it's not allowed to use 2 person. We faced little bit difficulty to eat during breakfast due to limited selections. We drink coffee and cups were stayed in the room for 3 days so the cleaners were just tidy the bed and leave. Some of the guests faced "hot" water problem during their stay but we did not face any.
Hotel was easy to find. Location of the Hotel is close to many touristic sites. Staff were very helpful. Even though we travelled during winter hotel temperature was very good for stay. Staff were exceeded my expectations.

It's a historic (though renovated) hotel in the center of Belgrade. So, excellent location, some 10-15 mins walk to main restaurant street of Kneza Mikhaila. Comfortable rooms, super-helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and overall good food service if you don't want to go outside the hotel.
