The lift is tiny (it only takes 2 people) so it can be quite a wait at busy times.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a small problem in my room the first night and when I told the receptionist, it was fixed right away. We had dinner at the hotel once and the waiter, Misha, was fantastic. (The food was good too!)

We rented 2 rooms. In one of the rooms toilet and bath separated and toilet was so small to fit in. Elevator is very narrow and it's not allowed to use 2 person. We faced little bit difficulty to eat during breakfast due to limited selections. We drink coffee and cups were stayed in the room for 3 days so the cleaners were just tidy the bed and leave. Some of the guests faced "hot" water problem during their stay but we did not face any.

Hotel was easy to find. Location of the Hotel is close to many touristic sites. Staff were very helpful. Even though we travelled during winter hotel temperature was very good for stay. Staff were exceeded my expectations.

Everything went well, the reason why I didn’t rate 10/10 is because I felt some “atmosphere” was missing.

Elevator is pretty small, so sometime I needed to wait for it for a long time. Just 2-person-size elevator for 7 stairs.... Bigger one will not fit into such old building, I suppose

It's a historic (though renovated) hotel in the center of Belgrade. So, excellent location, some 10-15 mins walk to main restaurant street of Kneza Mikhaila. Comfortable rooms, super-helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and overall good food service if you don't want to go outside the hotel.
