Room wasn't soundproof at all. Facilities are old and somewhat worn out. Could hear everything around it. Building itself is old and dirty, but the floors with the hotel are nice and clean.

Location is as central as it could be. Staff is nice and friendly. Good value for money.

Since the hotel is old, there was a bad smell from the toilet.

Hotel’s location was excellent. We walked to everywhere in 5 minutes. We didn’t need any transportation during holiday. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Everything was the same as photos.

Difficult to find - not well signposted from outside and the actual building not shown on booking.com. Not allowed to check in until 1400 - as it says on the policies. But had to wait in small reception room for 30 minutes even though room available. Lift is quite small so can be off putting for some and reception is on 5th floor (and some rooms). My room was on second floor which was walkable.

The room was lovely. Great shower. Heating worked really well which was important. Felt secure as access to the rooms were limited.

The entrance is creepy and dirty. Completely different from the rest of the hotel that is clean and organized. By the way the hotel is on the 5th floor, it can be tricky to see the signs. The elevators seemed unsafe

rooms are renovated but hotel is in the 5th and 2second floor and elevators are so slow and only one of them is working. whole build is old and not renovated. --> when I entered the building while waiting elevator at night one homeless person was sleeping in the couch next to elevator and his beer was at floor. it was a little bit scary . nothing happen but secuurity of the enterance to the building can be increased I think.

The entrance is not so easy to find since the rooms are located in a public building with reception at 5th floor with only a small sign by the entrance door. Only one elevator in use and the steps are dark and without any information. Unfortunately there was a smell in the room which which gave me headache (reported on spot).

Entrance smells of smoke which is restaurant downstairs. Towels reduced in amount as the days went by. Safe not working.

Fantastic central location on the main square in Belgrade. Awesome room- 4* star quality. Toiletries, tea making facilities and fridge good. Rain shower was a bonus. Lots of restaurants, bars and exchange bureaus.

Two lifts in a derelict lobby, opne works, one barely works. I, then, tried the stairs, dimly lit is being charitable. I'm a functional traveller and really don't need a lot of amenities but there are baselines. Hopefully, in time, the landlord will approved the common spaces.

Ok, this is a tough one. Yes, the location is great. Two, the beds are comfortable and three, the rooms are, surprisingly, quiet given the location right next to Republic Square. But the reason, I must give an 8 and not a 9 is because of the "arteries" or plainly put the lobby, lift and stairs which connect you to your well appointed room behind the aesthetically pleasing "realist facade"
