It’s my 2nd stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful . Room is really modern and nice., great shower and bathroom . Top location right the middle of Belgrade.

No soundproof rooms, neither from outside than from inside. Too noisy. The airco item was obsolete 10 years ago. Nowadays, it's waiting to die. The elevator that brings you to the hotel is also obsolete. No idea how can this hotel have 4 stars.

Location the main square is ideal. Also. how clean were the rooms.

Lamp on my bedside was falling off, wallpapers chipping off at multiple places, dustbin lid was broken, balcony was dirty, etc.

Hotel is right in the center but it is very old building and not maintained well at all.

The view from my window! Wow! The entire area just happens to be in an amazing historic area full of restaurants, coffee shops etc. I'm now in Moscow, but I miss Belgrade and this location that's how much of an impression this location left on me. The staff all speak perfect English and helped me with everything including taxis. Honestly the staff are probably some of the best best people I've dealt with in years. If you're going to Belgrade I recommend this area and establishment.

The best thing is that the staff is always ready to help you, very friendly. Even when we checked out they still provided helpt for us. We could leave our luggage safe with them so that we could relax in the city for a while, also they offered to call a taxi for us but we came with the car. Very good and friendly service for a really affordable price!

The location is fantastic! It’s a little gem in the heart of Belgrade. Nice size rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel organised transfers for us which was great. Otherwise we would’ve needed at least 2 taxis.

The male recptionist who checked us in was extremely polite and explained all that we had to know in Belgrade. He actually took out the map to circle out must go places. The place seats in the beautiful center of Belgrade with many sites nearby that are walkable. Highly recommended and would surely stay here again.

The stairs to the 5th floor are creepy, but there's elevator.

The location is perfect, right at the Republic Square, couldn't be better. The room faced the square with a very nice view.

The place is not a hotel and the staff makes it a point to tell you that... they say they just rent you the rooms out... is very run down they need renovations. Wifi cuts out a lot and the staff pretends ur the only one complaining even tho many people have written about it in the guest book. The Owner needs to invest some money into this place.

The room was practically never cleaned. They just made the bed. There was a strong smell of mold in the shower room. The windows cannot be opened because it is very noisy outside. The air conditioner does not cope. The door to the toilet has huge cracks (think of it as just no door). Bad mattresses.
