Breakfast options were rather limited and could use some improvement.

1. Warm and welcoming staff. There was a massive protest in the city during the weekend I was in Belgrade, and althought it was safe, the staff really cared about me. They checked in on me, they called the railway station on my behalf to find out if trains were running etc. 2. Very clean property. Well maintained and aesthetic too. 3. Excellent location. Near enough to all the sights but far enough for peace and quiet.

It's not sound proof at all but nobody was making noise in the night so it didn't bother me.

Everything was amazing. For 40 euro per night couldn't be better. Clean, comfortable, nice atmosphere. Breakfast is very simple but the reception guy served it for me before 8am so I didn't leave hungry. Many thanks to all people working there! Will be back for sure next time.

The location is perfect. You can walk many places and reach other places with one bus ride. The staff was super kind and make us feel at home. By the way the area was safe and we never hesitate to return at late hours.

Quite small room, but payed really a few, 40 euros, I stayed well. The hotel is nice, people friendly, the room comfortable, well designed with really a nice bed. Everything is new, I guess the bigger room are fantastic! The position is perfect to visit Belgrade. Strongly suggested

I hate handheld shower. Their pictures cleverly hide this. Breakfast ok, not great. Noise a problem.

I would like to have better internet reception because was poor, I would like them to clean the room daily and the breakfast not be so standard. Also to renovate their towels and bed shits.

One minor inconvenience was the fact that in a room on the ground floor I could clearly hear people talking in the shared areas / reception desk.

A good place to stay in Belgrade for couple of days, located near Belgrade's centre. The room was clean and well lit with good air condition / heating. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

What I don't like about the property is the fact that they have no properties in every major European City so that I can stay at this property concept!

All in all, I can't complain. Maybe the room was a bit small.

The location was good and it is close to the #72 airport shuttle bus stop & it's close to the city center. However, the staff was fantastic! They did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. They even arranged an earlier breakfast for me because I was checking out relatively early and I didn't even request it, they suggested it.

The shower doors didn't make a perfect seal, so there was some water spillage in the floor after using it

My flight arrived very early and my room of course wasn't ready. They offered me a free room to go and sleep while my real room was getting ready. Excellent customer service The hotel is very close to the main attractions. The breakfast is simple but good.
