Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is near nowhere. The breakfast not included in the high price. The reception looked not welcoming (due to physical conditions).

Location was great, very clean and comfortable. Electric vehicle charger was the main driving force for us to choose this hotel. But all the rest of the facilities was excellent too.

Only a minor thing, wish there would have been bette pillows. on the bed there was one design and on pillow for sleep. The pillow was sadly awful thin and did not provide the best sleep.
The location and seeing other great reviews was a helpful to make the decision to stay at your place. It is a stunning hotel!!!! The airport is still super close and no traffic at 5am to go there.

The hotel is in a quiet location and has free parking which is a rarity in Belgrade. The staff is friendly and we were offered a free upgrade of our room. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was nice with variety of options to choose from.

Weird experience at checkout. They asked if I had anything from the minibar. After I said no, they said they needed to check the room before my departure from the hotel, in case I had forgotten anything. 🤥
Very polite staff. Also very good breakfast. Easy to park in their private parking Room and bathroom were spacious and worked fine. Room was lacking fresh air. Better once you left the window open a few hours.

Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well designed, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was delicious; there was an outside parking spot, and we found the hotel quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and explained to us everything we needed. Also, there is a lovely roof bar, and the restaurant food was delicious!

The shower cabin was a bit broken and difficult to close.
Everything was on a high level. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was good and offered great coffee. We specially enjoyed having a drink in the rooftop bar.

Nice stay for a day or two, cleaned and comfortable rooms, very good for combination quality and pricing! Highly recommended! Very cheap taxi if you order it from hotel reception and pay by card! About 7 EUR to reach any place in the city. My advice to everyone: DO NOT take a taxi for cash from Belgrade Galleria Mall to the Hotel. Pay only by card, verify your trip direction. Dishonest of some taxi drivers is still in the city :)

The location is not very central, but with the provided parking very convenient for travelers with vehicles.
