The hotel was just ok. Comfortable bed and pillows. However, have to share bathroom and toilet was a No-No. Also, paying 25 euro to the airport is a rip-off. The guy at the reception was nice though

The men’s showers needed more privacy the curtain wasn’t enough a door is definitely a better option.

I didn't like that the website states 24/7 reception hours, but in reality the reception is only staffed from 10am-10pm. This caused issues on our arrival.

All facilities were clean. The location was centrally located and easily to get around the City. The room was also very spacious.

The receptionist was not so eager to speak and tell us about what to do or see in the city.

The bathroom and shower are shared but it doesn't appear like that in Booking. Images are not clear either and then I realise the surprise when I got there. Room wasn't that clean either and the lock of the door was severely damaged (Room #1). I would have gone somewhere else but I got a flight tomorrow morning and I arrived late to Belgrade, it was too late for that.

Receptionist service (Indira) recommended me good places for dinner and also reserved me a Taxi for the early morning to go to the airport. Excellent!

Almost nothing was unpleasant, however, men's showers and toilets require some more attention, in the sense of maintenance.

The location is amazing; in the very center of Belgrade. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and stores are around. The staff members, namely the two girls at the reception, were very polite and helpful.

Sometimes, bathrooms are not clean (some guests leave the toilets not usable) but we saw staff trying so hard to keep them clean.

There was no warm water in the women's bathroom in the evening. We solved it. Everyone had shower in the men's bathroom.

We weren’t able to sleep the first night because the air conditioner was broken and there was no staff to assist us at night. There was also no hot water available in the men’s bathroom at the time.
