The front desk wasn't 24/7. I wasn't able to find someone most of the times I looked for staff member. It wasn't the cleanest room I have seen but it did the job. The TV didn't work.

Location is really really good. Close to the bus station and really close to the city center. The room was pretty big and the bed was pretty comfy.

The bathroom is quite small in size, although it had everything we needed. We had to wait for 20 mins for check-out because there was no one at reception.

The staff at reception were helpful; they gave us a kettle per our request and allowed us to leave the bags after check-out until our departure to the airport. The bed was wide and comfortable. The location is perfect, in the walking distance from many historic places of old Belgrade, and also in the walking distance from Zeleni Venac bus terminal, so it's convenient for accessing different parts of the city.

We did have a problem with the AC but the staff very quickly sorted out the problem.

Hotel was close to the city center so we could walk to many sightseeing places. The bad was comfortable and room had mini refrigerator and air conditioner which was very important for us in those extremely hot days.

The bathroom was very cramped. A lamp near the bed would be nice. The walls aren't very soundproof - I was between 2 other rooms and it got really noisy when someone took a shower. That's not great when the people in one room come home very late and the people in the other room get up very early. The street looked a bit scary when I arrived but it was fine.

The hotel is located super close to the center - just a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street with most of the important places and bus connections. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the small fridge was a nice addition at over 30 °C (though it was not very powerful). Helpful staff.

Our room had a very little daylight, almost none. The parking was not from the property, one time we were searching for a spot for half an our. We travelled around the Easter holidays and everything was full.

It was very clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, available for every question and need of ours,, and very good hosts. The facility is 5 min walking to the Knez Mihailova street (10min for us, we were with a baby and walked with a stroller).

On colder days, the heater may not be strong enough. But once all windows closed, that shouldn't be a huge problem.

Located on an alley which is generally quiet day and night (a school is opposite to the hotel, but not much noise in the daytime either), the hotel is about 15-20 min walk from the main bus station. Within walking distance to main shopping areas and many dining options around the area. The room is spacious and comfy. Cleanliness is impeccable. Reception staff is nice.

Bathroom smelled a little for the first day. Very small bathroom- fine for 1 person. But the room could sleep 3 people.

The entire floor in the bathroom would get wet after taking a shower. Our room was at the ground floor and were facing the street, so it was loud to sleep with an open window. With a closed window it was quieter.

The room and the toilet hight is not for tall people; I was hitting my head all the time - you just don't expect any hight isssues in modern accommodation! Toilet/shower has musty smell.

I came to the city in the night by taxi. It drove me to the middle of the road and shoved me the wrong way. I called the hotel and asked how can I find them. the receptionist came out and met me.

The hotel consists in the city center. There is a road near the hotel and because of this very noisy. If you like to sleep in silence it's not your variant.
