First and the most important - people. From reception till my room, everyone was so nice, helping me with everything I asked. I think this is crucial, even if you are arriving at midnight and staying for a one night as me. Clear hostel with a lot of space, nice kitchen, comfortable wide beds and showers. Though its located near the street with a loud trams, it doesn't bother you during your sleep. In the room you have 2 huge lockers for your personal use, and your personal keys for them as well. Shampoo and sopa are provided in little individual packages; you will also have a towel and a warmer blancket. Inside your bedroom space you have your personal light, a place to charge your phone, a little shelf.

The door to bathroom in our room was very noisy. otherwise everything was great!

I was in the girls room which I shared with 5 other girls. We had a own bathroom in the room (with Hairdryer!! :)) which was very clean. The location is near vom center, you can also reach it by walking in 20-30mins. Beds were very comfortable and every bed had his own little light and socket. Staff was very friendly

When it comes to the hostel, there was nothing I didn't like, but this time I was unlucky with my roommates. This comment is not towards the hostel, it is towards people: Be aware you are not alone in the room and respect others people's boundaries.

I have been here several times and I will come back for sure. This should tell enough about this place :) Great location, clean and very pleasant staff and comfy bed. What more one can ask from the hostel?

Internet connection was gone for good 4 hours. As i was working it was really imporatn to have a connection so i spend few hours sitting in mcdonald.

Never cleaned, the bathrooms are a mess, kitchen dirty and there was never any toilet paper - a veritable hell admin and cleaning wise though it s done up well and is centrally located. Not worth the money unless they hire some cleaning staff and clean up not just the place but their whole act.

Even though there is a private bathroom in every guest’s room but there is no bathroom inside the hostel of which can be used by the guests if inecessary.

I made a reservation for five days, but then it turned out I need one day only. I told about it on reception and woman told me “I’m afraid you need to pay for all five days because of booking…”. I said “but on booking even if I didn’t show up I need to pay for one night only”. After that she just said “OK” and took money for one night only, that means she wanted to take extra money right into her pocket. Be careful in this place, some stuff can try to scum you.

Hostel is located in the city center. It is clean and cosy.

No one opened the dolr of building, there were the access code for building whizh was sent to me, i saw it later on, but i tried to reqch reception and customer service noone responsded, i was all by myself in the middle of the night, had tobook a hotel for just 7 hours .so frustrating

The room layout in the hostel felt overcrowded and impractical. It contained two sofa beds (where I stayed) in addition to the standard 4 bunk beds, which made the space feel cramped. This was especially inconvenient considering the small size of the bathroom. Furthermore, the bathroom, used by occupants of other rooms as well (even checked-out guests), was not cleaned daily. Given the high foot traffic, daily cleaning is essential for hygiene. Another significant concern was the lack of security in the room. Unlike other rooms that were secured with access codes, room 1 was always open, which raised safety issues. Additionally, the hostel failed to provide lockable lockers, and the staff did not address this problem during the stay.

Although the bed was a sofa bed, it was comfortable. Suitable for one person. The common space is nice and functional, the staff was friendly.
