Location excellent, cleanliness is poor. I expected more for such a modern renovated hotel. The bathroom has to be better. The old doors and windows from the terrace do not close and cold air enters, therefore it is noisy because the hotel is on the main street. Breakfast ist excellent at the restaurant across the street.

The shower/faucet was a bit loose. The door lock seemed a bit weak, but it locked so I was not too worried. The water pressure in the toilet was also a bit slow but we just needed to hold the flush down a little bit longer.

The room was quite spacious and had the basic amenities. Location was the best, only about 15 minutes walk to Republic Square and access to bus and tram stops. Heating was available. It was overall quite clean. There was only a bathtub in the middle of the room with no door or shower curtain was a bit strange, but it was not an issue.

Excellent. This stay exceeded my expectations. Without me asking, they upgraded my room and it was fantastic. The facilities are very new, modern and stylish. The room they gave me featured a sauna and a Jacuzzi. This is located underground in a basement, but don't let that dissuade you. Everything is very well lit and next to the bed there is a sort of "window" which is not a real window of course, but gives the impression that you are above the ground. The location is very central as you are right near the St. Marcus Orthodox Church and 10 minute walk from the Historic Center (Republic Square, etc). The staff was very kind and welcoming. Right next door you have a good coffee shop where you can grab your coffee and some breakfast - which is convenient. Would definitely recommend for a city break in Belgrade.

Fantastic deal for sauna and jacuzzi bath room, although wifi connection only extended to near the room door (presumably owing to basement location). The staff were very helpful and tried to install a signal booster but its configuration proved incompatible with my device. The availability of massage therapists to visit your room from two promoted agencies was great and very easy to book.

I booked this hotel for two reasons - a good price and a good location. It was a very good sized room with an excellent shower. Staff accommodated my late check in without hesitation and gave me all the details I needed. I have nothing at all negative to say about the Kings Palace!

It was very cold, bathroom window can not be closed completely and heater and AC could not heat up room properly. There is no curtain on one of the windows to block view to bathtub and bed from the building across the road so that ruins privacy.

Good location, room number 10 was very pretty with big bathtub and comfortable bed. It was clean with shower gel and hand soap. There is no electric kettle in room. Peđa vas very nice and greeted us kindly.

Comfy and beautiful place, bathroom in the room is amazing opportunity, and breakfast was very nice in beautiful place. Reception guy was very friendly and nice. And who needs a registration here they are doing this. In the room comfy one usage sleepers (2), towels. Please use slippers, floor in the bathroom is cold. The room is pretty warm. I am happy with my staying. Place is a very good location.

The bathtub doesn't seem necessary or sanitary to be installed in the bedroom. The humidity attracks insects and a coacroch met me upon entering the room. The windows don't close properly so it gets freezing cold (there is AC but doesn't make much difference). The bathroom shower cabine seemed quite old and crooked. The curtains were too narrow to cover the windows and protect from the lighting LED billboard from the street. TV set had no signal.

The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. The location is excellent, just across the street of St.Mark's church. The bed was very comfortable. On the first glance, the room looked exactly like on photos.

Room was a little small for us, we travelled with two larger suitcases, two small and bags… Not enough products in bathroom. Accessibility was not great also, you have at least 15 stairs to climb before you reach a lift, which isn’t ideal with so many bags.

Room was nice with comfortable bed, nice to have working AC and a little balcony. Location is great and value for money is great. TV and wardrobes present but not used.
