We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SlovakiaThe hotel is located on a busy access road to the city, but this must be accepted. We were annoyed by other guests smoking cigarettes during breakfast, but also in general in the restaurant during dinner. It is prohibited in the EU, they should also apply it in Serbia.
The hotel is part of a large Škoda car dealership. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms, tasty breakfast, free parking on the property. There is a restaurant in the building, it is pleasantly and modernly furnished, they cook very well, the hotel and restaurant staff are helpful and kind. We also appreciate the free access to the small museum of Škoda cars. Perfect price/quality ratio.

NetherlandsFor 75 euro's, booked almost half year ago just for one night we were expected at least one piece of soap in the bathroom or drinking glasses, even plastic ones! Also, we booked for two adult people and two children, 13 and 16 years old but we had to manage with one big size bed and one normal, so my wife had to sleep with two relatively big chlidren which was a problem so to say..Beds were very comfortable but not enough for 4 people which we paid for.
Big, nice clean room with tv, wifi and big bathroom.
