The staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant was nice, the breakfast ok. The rooms need better maintenance.

We expected a double and a single bed but we got a triple with a fold out couch bed and two small singles - the mattresses were not very comfortable although we accept that this can be a personal preference. Normally we might have said something but the guy who checked us in did not speak English and to be honest he was so nice we did not want to make waves - we stuck with what we had for the week.

The staff were superb - friendly and helpful. The dining facilities were great.

The hotel is located in a village close to Belgrade, almost 30-40 mins by car from the center of Belgrade. They feature nice, comfortabe and clean rooms, with good amenities and nice matress. The hotel is renovated and modern, with simple breakfast (not all-you-can-eat), and kind staff. There are not many shops around, but there are some restaurants close by, but you have to take the car.

It's evident that the hotel hasn't been invested in for a while. The toilets are quite neglected, as is the room in general. The carpets are very dirty.

Room seemed a bit worn down. Shower was broken. Not good soundproofing from rooms nearby and my neighbour was talking loudly over phone early in the morning

Location was as expected, suited my needs well. Very helpful staff, although doesn’t speak English well, but we managed. Nice restaurant on site, which also gives breakfast choices

"Update: The hotel refused to pay any compensation." The hotel is declared as NON-SMOKING HOTEL. 🚭 Prohibiting signs were installed in the room, in the lobby, in the restaurant as well. Big A4 sized signs. That's simply a lie. Our room had an ashtray on the table and smelled strongly and disturbingly from cigarette smoking. In the restaurant also ashtrays were prepared. The owners were smoking next to our table during our breakfast. How come?! The room was old, like 20-30 years old. The uploaded photos are so old, they absolutely don't show the reality waiting for the naiv guest. There are no mosquito net on the windows, but no problem, because you really don't want to open the windows to let the loud traffic noise in. You have air-conditioning as well, but the device is so old again, that the white plastic turned into yellow. The main problem was with the thick layer of dust covering the outlets and the vents. So practically you don't have A/C, if you don't want to be sick from the fungus coming out from the outlet. The minibar is only an empty mini fridge, working loud during the night, just to make sure you sleep well. Ouch. It doesn't have any switch, so I needed to unplug it from the power. It was not easy, as the fridge is built in to the TV furniture (making it impossible to cool its back down, smart solution). The petrol station has some compressor noise time to time, but even the strong night traffic is not enough to bother you, when you are exhausted. ;) The bathroom has a very bad glass door, the shower had is the cheapest and the soap holder is made of rust. The shower gel dispenser is broken. The mattress was covered with an anti-pee-night sheet. (For old people with incontinence), but even that was so old, that the plastic layer was broken into 100pcs. I've removed it from the mattress, because of its noise and I prefer cotton to sleep on, instead of plastic.

The breakfast was nice. 3 windows for the room. Late check in. Kind staff, with low (but not zero) level English.

Personal don't speak English, they have to many employers, in bad room was some kind of bugs. I'm not satisfied.
