Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The taxis outside the hotel are a big scam, they rig the meter and charge 4 times extra, advisable not to take the taxis unless on an app.
The location is superb, right at city center. Right next to cafés, restaurants and shopping.

Stayed 7 nights as a family with kid. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Superb location, rich breakfast, friendly staff and authentic atmosphere are pros. They even offered us free breakfast on the first day as we arrived very early at 7.00 am just to ask to leave our luggage. Cleanness is also OK. Only con is they gave us a room with the view of the next apartment's back window, but we used the room just to sleep. Our kid is small so I can understand that they gave us that isolated back room without any shared walls to the other rooms. We haven't asked reception to change our room. Maybe if we asked we can get a room looking at the front street. We got positive impressions I would stay here again

Loved this new hotel in the historic center near lots of cafes, bars, shopping and the National History Museum. The staff are wonderful -- I had a (very minor) emergency and they took care of me!

This is an amazing hotel. It’s modern, clean, and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent and you have a view of the city and river from the 9th floor restaurant. The location is close to everything. The only smokey part is the top floor sky bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was too small for a family but manageable in the end.
It was located in the city center and the atmosphere was very cozy, they also have a rooftop bar. Clean room and bathroom, great breakfast service. Provided us with a cot for the baby.

view from our room was poor. Sky bar is nice but people smoke all over Corridor near the room strong cigarette smell. Parking is hard Light in bathroom is poor , shaving or makeup is not comfortable

I had a smell in room toilet looks like waste water but not too smelly, it disappeared after usage.
Clean, centre location, staff friendly and helpful, automated room features, price is fair for the services provided even competitive.

There was a hanging lamp in my room that kept getting bumped when I opened the door to the wardrobe. But that's about it ... it's a great and brand new hotel.
I really liked the staff, especially in the restaurant and breakfast room. Great and friendly people. They even offered me a free breakfast on arrival, as I'd been up since 3 and traveled in on an early flight. The location is perfect for exploring the city center, and it's also convenient to the airport. Hotel is brand new and the film theme is cool, especially the art from Heat (1995) in the restaurant.

The hotel is very well located right in the centre of the city and has a nice design of room and lobby. Breakfast had a good choice of food, restaurant is located on 9th floor with views across the city. Staff is helpful. We enjoyed our one night stay and can recommend this hotel.
