The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile ☺️ The room was modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the attention to detail in the room’s design really stood out. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious and with a good variety of options to start the day.

Everything is perfect, beyond our expectations

Everything was just perfect, the location right next to Knez Mihaila, and just 20 min walk from Saint Savvas cathedral and Tesla Museum. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities, comfortable beds, bathroom brand new, the staff is very kind and helpful. The bar in the 10th floor cozy and beautiful.

I would have given 11/10 if the coffee was not like bathwater at breakfast. May I suggest you offer real coffee from the machine behind the bar and get rid of the machine which is the only problem with the lovely hotel.

the airconditioner in the room didn't work. they've got a tablet managing all devices, it didn't show that there was a problem. I arrived in the hotel in the evening, so when it became clear it was very late at night. the guy from the reception couldn't fix it either. so, apparently, they didn't check the aircon beforehand.

Few things to improve, more about usability and convenience really rather than complaints. Organize the bathroom a bit better - plastic used for toiletries is too hard and you have to fight to get the liquid out. The only way to use towels is when the door is completely closed, which is not convenient if you just want to wash your hands quickly. After using the top rain shower the whole room is soaking wet and there's no upper hanging for the shower if you want to save it and use a basic shower instead. Both using TV and tablet is not really convenient as there are many options, but no subscriptions. Tablet keeps logging out from the account and you need someone to log it back and even then there is very little reason to use it or it is not obvious or explained.

Absolutely fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, brand new equipment. Breakfast room with a view and good choice of food. Many things are super convenient, some are not yet due to lack of experience. I was leaving early in the morning and asked for a lunch box. That was a delicious one! 2 huge sandwiches, fruits. Will come to stay next time for sure!

Room was a bit warm. The AC didn't seem to want to cool it down but that was probably more my ability to control the system than anything.

Good central location and all very modern and new. Very good quality service. Great rooms, well dressed and good mini bar. The hotel Sky bar was very nice as was the restaurant.

The hotel location was great. It is located at the beginning of the most famous street. The staff was very kind. The hotel is a new hotel, the furniture was new. It was cleaned every day. The staff was very kind. I definitely recommend it.

Thematic hotel at the center of Belgrade, just a couple of steps away from the pedestrian zone, thoughtfully decorated. Every floor is dedicated to a famous director - I was at the Stanley Kubrick floor. The espresso at the top floor is ecellent. The breakfast is abundant. Cannot recommend it enough!

There is NO parking at the hotel as is advertised, only a public parkhouse nearby. This is ok but it should not be promoted this way, since it is used as a searching parameter. The cleaning lady took my towel (only after having used it once) and didn´t replace it, so I was left with just a small one. What´s the use? Not enough hangers

It was confusing to call the elevator and see a service person step out so we could use it. I understand there's likely a hotel policy that service personnel shouldn't share the elevator with guests, but it still felt a bit awkward

Asked twin room but it was double. A nearest parking you have to left your vehicle, no parking place at hotel.

No bottle water in the room

The hotel was very-very good with super rooms and nice staff. All you need is in your room including huge plazma and comfortable bed. Rooms are clean. Breakfast tasty with limited assotment that is cooked perfectly. Bonus of the brelfasts is sights - the restaraunt is on the 9th floor (in fact - 11th). Location is great: near the pedestrian street and cool sights.
