AzerbaijanThe location of the property is very good, close to the museums and lots of cafes. It was clean and the room was clean and comfortable. Downsides can be that the building doesn't have an elevator and that club they have was a bit noisy on Saturday. Overall, it was a good stay for that price and we had good time. Owner was also nice .

United StatesNo one was at the reception, so had to call when I arrived. The bathroom sometimes had a sewer smell from one of the floor vents, but I placed towel over it to block the air flow. With the windows open it caused a reverse draw of the sewer gases. The shower used a hand wand which did not mount on the wall which must be common in Serbia because the next place I stayed was the same.
Great location near many public transportation stops and plenty of restraints and shops nearby. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was really big with a sofa in it. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate to.

North MacedoniaDuring the 5 days vacation, only one day they changed my towels. That is all. There is noone in the front desk. There is a huge sign in the room which says No-smoking but all building smells like smoke. Besides that, they left a card in the room that says if you smoke we will charge you 50 euros extra eventhough the hotel smells like moisture and smoke. All furnitures are old and some of them are broken. As a result, cheap but dirty.
Location of the place is amazing. It is so close to everywhere. The room is so big and it has park view. It is also cheap when yolu compare with other hotels .

United States1. There’s no elevator - I had to go upstairs to 5TH FLOOR every time (and it was 30+ celcius degrees every day). Besides, I had to carry my heavy bag when I was leaving (and nobody was there - I just put my key in a box) 2. There were no shampoos, conditioners, solid soap, slippers or flip-flops for a shower. I really hoped there would be at least the shower slates 3. There was no air conditioner remote control or smth (perhaps all I had to do was to stand on my bed and put some button on the air conditioner or call a staff for clarifying, but I just put up with the heat and slept with my windows open) 4. There’s NOBODY from the crew, the only time I saw someone was while checking-in and room cleaning). They said that if I need anything or have some questions, I can call them (at first I didn’t have a local SIM card => couldn’t make calls, then I couldn’t care less and just figured it all out by myself) 5. Personally, I can sleep despite any noises, but for someone else a constant noise could be a problem (and I always kept my windows open, so… there is a noise even at nights)

United StatesThursday to Sunday nights it is extremely Loud with music from a bar in the basement. A private bar you can not enter. Noise echoes and vibrates through the walls. Often lasting until 2:00 a.m. The lobby and stairwell smelled like an old ashtray and full of dust and cobwebs.
The room was spacious and the bed and pillows comfortable. The location was in between two different streets which both had public transportation stops to different areas making it convenient to get around. Housekeeping was very nice and checking on you often.

SwitzerlandThe hygiene in the room could be much better. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening, the noise from the music from some club on the ground floor lasts until 1 to 2h in the morning. It really spoils the pleasure and the great potential this place has. No elevator, I do not recommend it for the people with reduced mobility.
