The radiator in the room was full on and it was impossible to lower the temperature despite the effort of the receptionist

The staff are very nice and willing to help. Location is excellent, close to the centre of town and at walking distance to the university

Breakfast can be improved, diversified. Also, there is no elevator (it is a rather small hotel).

We liked the location of the hotel, extraordinary one, where you have the main square and city centre on 1 minute walk. Also, the Petrovarading Tower is 25 minutes on foot. We liked the arrangement for private parking next to the hotel, really useful. The human resources were very kind and accommodating - they let us use the breakfast room as conference room in the afternoon - without additional charge. You can pay in cash or with card.

Breakfast is absolutely basic at this hotel. Even it is not enough. Especially fruits. No diversity, no fresh vegetables, only tomatoes. Some corners and parts of the room could be better cleaned. Due to the desk in front and thick curtains we could not open the window.

Garni Hotel Mediteraneo, Novi Sad has excellent location in the city centre near to Dunavski Park. This is a great advantage in such busy town with ongoing construction. One can easily reach all attractions. The room was good for three persons for three nights. The bathroom was clean. The staff is extremely helpful and kind and speaks excellent English. There is a safe parking lot next to the hotel. The breakfast was not very good and this is something hotel managers should improve.

There seemed to have just finished renovation with stains of paint and smell in the room. We did request extra towels etc due to our little mistake in booking.

The hotel is located on a side street close to the main shopping street. One of our two rooms got an upgrade with jacuzzi bath which was a surprise. The size of the room is huge. The breakfast was average.

Very good location to explore Novi Sad a city center. Main street is “just around the corner” and all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast is simple but fulfils all your needs.

Breakfast is rather underwhelming. Food was of good quality, but the choice is quite limited. Probably enough for most people, though. And it was enough for me given that I only stayed there for one night.

The staff is very kind and the hotel is in a very good place. It's on a very quiet street, but at the same time very close to the very heart of Novi Sad.

The room is quite little; the space between bed and walls is too strait.

The hotel 'Mediteraneo' is situated in the very center of Novi Sad. It is easy to find and the main city square and walking zone is less than a minute of walk far from it. The personnel is very nice. Breakfast is very good, typical 'continental' buffet-type breakfast. The reception is open 0-24.

Clearness must be better. Breakfast was poor and there wasn't anything for someone who fasting because our stay was in fasting time.
