We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe hotel is nice but doesn’t quite feel like a 5-star experience. Smoking is allowed in the lobby, which affected the overall atmosphere. The shower had standing water and the water wasn’t hot enough during the first two days. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

SerbiaGreat weekend at the hotel! We got a free room upgrade. The room is clean, beautiful, has everything you need, cosmetics and robes. Nice view of the city from the window! Nice spa with a pool, jacuzzi and 2 saunas, as well as a gym. Breakfast is delicious and varied! And very tasty meringues in the room like a small sweet present!

IsraelBreakfast to go (when the guest check-outs too early to have a breakfast at the hotel) is just a bad joke. Someone needs to add some love to it. The food at the bar is eatable at best. For some reason the reception didn't have umbrellas for guests when it was raining.
Staff is amazing, very professional and totally 5 stars. Rooms are in good condition. Spa is also good. Restaurant on top is quite good too. Breakfasts are nice, with many options: 4 types of eggs, meat&cheese, fruits & veggies, salmon, blinis, cakes, other stuff. Juices are not fresh though. Also, a breakfast area has a nice park view. Overall, very decent 5 star experience.
