Although there is a kitchen area in the room, there is no heating element.

The rooms are more like apartments, very spacious. The breakfast selection was great!

Room was large, bed was comfy. Plenty of Toiletries/towels and hot water. Air conditioning worked well in the 38 degree heat! Room was quiet and breakfast more than adequate. Staff tried to be helpful but were unable to advise about local transport etc. 15 mins walk from the main square and shopping, 30 mins from the Fort. All in all a good economy, definitely not luxury but it had all we needed at a good price

The A/C position in the room was in a place that didn't reach the bedroom and it was a very very hot day.

Firstly, Maria who was at the front desk was really helpful and always with a smile, that's always nice to see. The hotel is central and a short 10 min walk away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are huge and the breakfast was amazing!

The hotel is very nice, with comfort rooms and excellent beds and pillows. It is located just near Skadarlija, right in the center of the old town. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Belgrade.

Absolutely great! The staff was very helpful and polite, they even gave us an upgrade! The room was clean and so spacious! It is centrally located, the parking is secure and so convenient. Lastly the breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. Absolutely recommended!

I am very upset because the amount of 300 euros was blocked twice. I reported this issue to the hotel and was informed that the unblocking of the amount can be done in about 2 weeks....practically at this moment, even after 4 days from the accommodation, I cannot use my money blocked by mistake . I am a tourist and I need this money to pay other expenses!

Wi-fi worked in certain places in the room, for example intermittently in the bedroom, but fine in the large room (we stayed in the junior suite).

The location of the hotel is very good, being close to the shopping street, attractions, river etc. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant, the rooms are also comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good and tasty (classic breakfast: egg, sausages, muesli, fresh fruit and cakes, etc.).

Entrance into the garage has a sharp turn, not much of a problem. Hotel has only one elevator (being a small hotel that is all they need) but at certain times elevator gets busy. Not much to dislike.

Kind and efficient staff, comfortable room, great choice for breakfast, location. Famous Skadarlija street is 10 minutes walk away, as well as a green market. Bus stop some 100 meters away. Small convenient shop 30 meters away, works on Sundays too.

Superb room. We booked executive suite which was large and we felt at home. Nice cupboard and big living area made our stay comfortable. Breakfast had variety of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning was their priority. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Carpark too small. You will have to do a few point turns to get in and out. Tricky to drive in and out.
