The hostel was not full, but not empty though, I guess it depends on the season, during my stay it was quite cold weather. Some of the showers have just curtains, which I didn't mind, but if you want more privacy, you can wait for the private bathroom where you can lock the door. However, in the morning, it might be busy.

Stayed a couple of nights. Besides the best location in the city, to me the place was perfect, not too small and not too big so it felt like I stayed at a friend’s apartment, honestly. Met some nice people and staff was very welcoming and helpful navigating around the city. I’d certainly get back next time i’m here.

Despite its central location, my stay was not very pleasant due to the noise and the smell.

Please consider this review within the context of price-performance balance, as the accommodation was budget-friendly There is a bar located right below the hostel, which makes the environment quite noisy. If someone in the room snores, the combination of the noise from the bar and the snoring makes it nearly impossible to fall asleep. The room had 10 beds, and on the first night, it was extremely stuffy, damp, and had a very strong, unpleasant smell. I've stayed in many hostels before, but I had never encountered such a heavy odor. After the first night, I fell from the top bunk in the morning, injured my arm, and hit my face on the floor. The hostel staff showed concern and tried to help. I decided to stay one more night so my brother's trip wouldn’t be ruined. On the second night, the smell was slightly better—probably because the window had been left open. However, this made the room very cold. Still, we preferred the cold over the strong odor. Because of the fall, I had to leave one night earlier than planned, but no refund was offered. They said the fall was my own responsibility. By the way, the bunks are quite high, which poses a safety risk. Also, all the lights are turned off at 11:00 PM, so if you return late at night, it’s quite difficult to organize your belongings or change your clothes.

The hostel is centrally located and close to the main square, making it easy to find. For those looking to explore the city, public transportation is excellent—buses and trams are frequent, and you can hop on at almost any stop without waiting. Plus, public transport is free, which is a big advantage. The hostel is cleaned regularly every morning. The clear rules and well-established system make the stay more comfortable and safe. Additionally, the common lounge area is quite pleasant and perfect for socializing.

as a solo female traveler I felt very safe. Olivera at the reception is just the warmest and the kindest woman, big shoutout to her! The place is nice and cozy, I also got a huge double bed with a curtain during my stay which is something unusual for a hostel and exceptionally comfortable! Location is very central so it’s super accessible to literally anywhere especially with a free public transport in Belgrade now it’s just a backpacker’s heaven. Overall a very pleasant stay!
