Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The hotel occupies the first floor in a residential building, it doesn’t have F&B facilities but it was not an issue for us at all. Lots of cafes around. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is somewhat small and deserves an uplift but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. The staff was helpful and responsive (although it is not 24 hours on the location but it didn’t matter for us, and they are reachable on the phone). Some reviews complained about the street noise but we didn’t have this problem (perhaps because our room faced the by-lane but we didn’t feel too noisy in the street either). We stayed in the room where the sofa was convertible into a bed which our two kids fit comfortably enough. Making the whole accommodation a good value.

The insulation is not good. in the morning, sounds could be heard from the upper floors when some craftsmen were working, but surely that was only the period when we were there. I didn't like that the cleaners left us message on paper saying that we had used the towels correctly.
The location is great, the apartment was clean. The receptionist was nice and helped us with many things.

Toilet and shower are separated from the room with glass window, so you can see and hear everything 🙈 It was sold as 4bed apartment but is for 2+1.Luckily most of the time we were outside.
Excellent location,just in front of the apartment you can find tram and bus,taxi is coming in 3min,payable parking just across, restaurants, coffeeshops, stores and kiosk on the street. Warm and modern interior. Comfortable mattress, but very tick pillows.

Security issue not solved. The group of apartments is around and could be entered through the common hall, but no security is available during the night. A massive fight happened in the next-door apartment, but no one could intervene. Scary experience.

Bathrooms is not properly ventilated. Shower gel dispenser was broken.
Property is located near to city center! And it is surrounded by nice restaurants and cafe. Major tourist attractions are not far away.

I Highly recommend this apartment, extremely clean and nice. The host Philip is a excellent gentleman,ready to help you with what ever you will need in the city We will visit him and the apartment for sure the next time when we will be again in Belgrade.

The location is great. In between attractions like the fortress and to the south the Yugoslavia Museum, and the Red Star and Partizan stadiums. The Tesla museum, as well as lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Really nice area and suite. Very spacious in comparison to other rooms I looked at booking. Also the manager was very helpful and easy to contact in the event of any questions. Would recommend to any family and friends visiting Belgrade!

The internet was stopping every 30 minutes and at nights the street noise was a bit loud.

Wifi was very spotty so ended up using my own data most of the time. The A/C is locked at 25. Some street noise, but didn’t bother us.
Location was excellent near many shops, parks and the tram station. Spacious room with comfortable beds and furniture. Secure building.
