1) A paid minibar with only 200 ml of water for an additional fee. The staff warned that the water was drinkable from the tap, but it would be great to have at least 0.5 liters of water freely available for visitors. 2) there were a lot of pillows. But they are very densely packed and tall. It would be great to have a different size.

Amazing fresh clean room. Everything is new. Incredibly helpful staff who told me everything, showed me everything. Special attention to detail. A very tasty breakfast. And a stunning spa with two saunas, a hammam, a salt room, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and heated deck chairs. The spa is included in the price. We will definitely come back again, because the level of service exceeds expectations.

Rooms feel unfinished and could use with a bit more furniture. No minibar (although advertised) and no coffee/tea pot which is pretty much standard nowadays. Hotel apparently operates a big hall where they host weddings and such. There was one when we were there so hearing live folk music until well after 1 am is not at all what you would expect and is in fact highly inappropriate. Slippers you are given in spa are so slippery they are dangerous and should immediately be thrown out instead of being offered to patrons, especially since staff is well aware of it and warns you of it when you get in.

The only thing that is not “good” is that hotel and wellness building are not connected, so when it’s cold you need to dress up, jackets and everything to go to and go back from spa

There were kids at pool, and they were very loud, yelling and screaming. I don’t have nothing against children but we did not rest because they were as I said, very loud and we couldn’t chill and relax which was main reason we went here.

We are satisfied, because everything was clean and private. Music at sauna and pool was calming.

Amaizing location with beautiful view. The room was super comfy and nice. The staff was super sweet and close to the needs: The spa and the pool are super cool and lively. I don't know names unfortunately but I'd love to thank the lady at the reception, the waiter in the restaurant and the masseuse who have been very gente and kind.

Water in the pool and jacuzzi was a bit chilly. No pavements for walking around in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, If you want to go for a walk, you'll have to go somewhere else by car.

Being 1st of June and 28 degrees outside, the outside pool could not be used. Pillows can be of different sizes in order to be more comfortable.

The room was very clean with a big bed and a comfortable mattress. Very good breakfast, and access to Spa which is very nice. Very polite personnel.
