Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe AC could have worked a little better, but we were also there during a heat wave.
This new resort was great. It had very relaxing pools and is located about 10 minutes drive outside of Novi Sad. The restaurant served really good meals and the staff was incredibly nice.

United StatesThe rooms don’t have curtains. Showers are very small and uncomfortable to be in. The restaurant is base level. The food is super basic and very local and breakfast is a disaster.
The spa and facilities at the spa are great value for money

SerbiaThere were no curtains or any kind of shades to provide cover from the morning light, which made it difficult to sleep in. Since we came to relax and recharge, we were shocked to discover that the spa area was not available, even after we offered to pay extra for it, because we were checking out that day.

SwedenVery new and therefore also half-furnished (no reading lamp for example), hotel much smaller than looked from the pictures. Complex system with the pool area towel rental, creating some tensions with pool staff unfortunately.
Liked the swimming pool and the lounge chairs - that is why we chose the hotel.

AustriaI have no idea how the owners of this hotel define wellness, but of our 2 day stay, every time the whole wellness facility was full of kids screaming, jumping into the pool and running around. If you are a family resort that's ok but if you offer a "quiet zone", whirpools, salt rooms, saunas and massages I don't think that's fitting. The indoor pool and whirlpool are small - which is ok for a quiet relaxing environment. But if you want kids jumping in make it bigger, otherwise they will get hurt at some point. The bed "wins" the price of hardest bed I've ever slept in. Genuinly feels like stone or wood. And i have traveled a lot in my life. Breakfast got high ratings online, but I don't understand why. The "waiter" was an old guy in his 80s, who had problems even walking - he had to sit down constantly. No coffee was offered, no welcome was given. Also noone in there spoke a word of english - which is very strange in a hotel.

SerbiaWe continued our holiday in another room as a family member joined us. The situation is the same, with the fact that we are now disappointed with the breakfast, which is scarce and not replenished. You have to ask the waiters to refill your juice or coffee at 9am, and breakfast ends at 10am. The pictures I posted were taken at 9am. During breakfast, 3 waiters are standing, talking, laughing, while the breakfast table is empty. You wait 15 minutes to order food in an a la carte restaurant, and 30 minutes to prepare it. Hotel staff who do not have good information, management which is not as it should be, regular guests are not met at all, although we like it very much and want to keep coming.
What is uncompromisingly best about this hotel is the outdoor pool, the phenomenal staff of the spa center, ready to deal, patient, Vasilije the masseur whom I would recommend to everyone. My child enjoyed the swimming, the massage and the overall comfort of the spa (except for the tiny pool which could be bigger)

United KingdomIt would have been nice if the pool was open a little earlier than 10 - but not a major gripe! My main issues were the pillows were all really big and really hard so I struggled to sleep, the blinds did not do anything either as they were so light and sheer so I was lucky I had an eye mask with me. I also didn’t have any bedside lamps so had to use my phone torch to get into bed. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room too.
The hotel was really clean, breakfast was great, staff were really helpful and the spa and pool facilities were really great. I also had a massage which was amazing!

RussiaWe have paid 75€ for each night and regarding high rate and good reviews we’re expecting up market service. But what we got instead: - no curtains, so we woke up with the first sun lights - no table lamps - only one socket near bed - paid water (350 rsd for small bottle) - bad door sound insolation so we heard all neighbors - bad working shower doors so all floor was in water - no adding shampoo and toilet paper without extra reminding - bad wi-fi connection - no navigation signs - poor breakfast for late visitors, after 8.00 am there is almost nothing to eat and stuff unfortunately didn’t care about adding new portions

SerbiaI chose this hotel because of its wellness and spa center. But when I wanted to use their swimming pool I was told it was closed. When I asked which part of wellness is usable I was told that none of it is open because they were renovating or something. So, no swimming pool, no sauna, no massage, nothing! When I told them that they were advertising those facilities and that it was included in the price they told me that it's this website's (booking.com) fault because the hotel kept telling them to remove the wellness part from it but booking.com is refusing it. They mentioned that they might correct my price on the checkout but of course - that didn't happen! So, as of September 25th this hotel has no working wellness and spa facilities, so beware! The room was very plain, it didn't have a single table in it, just a bed and a chair in the corner. The bed doesn't have reading lamp, only one central lamp in the room. There was only one power plug and it was used by mini-bar fridge, so in order to charge a phone or laptop I had to unplug it. On my first day there was no continental breakfast, I had to choose my breakfast from the menu which was basically 8 types of eggs. I was asked I wanted a coffee but when I said I do not drink coffee I wasn't offered any other drink with the breakfast, no tea, no milk, no yogurt, no fruit juice, nothing. The hotel is new but that is the only positive thing, it definitely isn't worth the price.

SerbiaNot sure if rooms are still not furnished completely or it is nordic minimalism, but there were no coffee table , night lamps on bed sides, easy reachable sockets for phone chargers. Rooms are bright but somehow cold. Loud echoes in the rooms exists and that makes noise, specially in the night time. As hotel is in the middle of nowhere, guests shoul plan their activities outside if stay longer. For a short spa weekend this could be quite good solution
Hotel is clean, outside swimming pools are very nice. Breakfast was fine. Beds, pillows and matresses quite new and comfortable.
