The position of the hotel was great. Breakfast was good than expected. It appealed to our cultural type. The personal was very friendly and helpful. It is enough for a short time travel. Thanks for eveything.

The heating was a problem but the staff managed to sort it out.

The staff is exceptional, kind, professional and efficient. Location of hotel is perfect, in the center of the old city. Bus stations to get to the work and the airport are near by.

The wi-fi wasn't accessible in our room, but the lady gave us a portable WiFi to use in the hotel ☺️

The hotel was exactly opposite the place we wanted to be and a 5 minute walk from the centre square. The staff were lovely, informative, always willing to help out. Good breakfast spread too

No designated fire exit. Poor quality coffee.

Hotel Opera Garni is quite inconspicuous from the outside. The lobby and breakfast room are simple, but quiet and well equipped and staffed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room on the top floor (403) very nicely furbished, comfortable and not too much noise from the busy street. Main pedestrian zone with plenty of choices for dinner just around the corner. Also money exchange places.

I personally could enjoy a stiffer bed, but I slept fine anyhow.

The location could not be better, the room was very convinient, clean, quiet, the breakfast is rich and great to begin the day with. But what really makes the hotel special is the staff in the reception, Emilia especially. The guests are welcomed, with an inteligent, authentic effort to make them feel good. s

Only thing the hotel will upgrade is tea options in breakfast. Water dispenser did not the appropriate degree for boiling tea bag. In addition to this, the tea bag brand "Rioba from Metro GmBH" is really bad and gives white bubbles while boiling like coffee cream on tea cup (Maybe hotel's cups causes it).

Breakfast is good except tea. Hotel's location is ultimately good. It's so near to Kneza Mihaila Street and Republic Square. Hotel is located in central of city. You can go every important place with walking. If you come from airport with A1 minibuses, you can walk to hotel about 1.6 km upwards from freedom square. Nikola Tesla museum is alo in walking distance, about 1.5 km. Hotel rooms are not too big but very cozy. Also, the lobby staff are so kindly and helpful. Bir tebrik de Türkçe olarak Robert'e. Kendi çabanla Türkçe öğrenmeni çok takdir ettik. Türkçen gayet iyi. Hayatında başarılar dileriz :)

All is good, had late check-in post midnight and had zero issues. The location is perfect to grasp what the old Belgrade is all about. The rooms and breakfast are value for money
