The food at the (beautiful) Roofgarden was bad. No toilet paper in the room and the telephone not working to contact the reception or anybody.... Upon arrival no signs about the garage, you have to park at the street and search the reception for instructions

It was a bit warm in the room

We always stay in this hotel when we travel to other parts of Europe, you can bring your dogs, staff is very friendly, it is located in a nice area with parks around to walk your dog and there is a very nice restaurant on the top floor of the building.

Whilst the bed was clean, you can see it hadn't been hoovered properly for some time. There was a lot of dust on the carpet in the corners.

Good size room with comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was adequate.

Check-in was not ideal, as we have arrived and there was a little piece of paper saying to call a certain number (as if foreigners have roaming to call in a non-EU country). I had to wait for 10 minutes until somebody from the hotel came to the reception (by accident) and called for the receptionist. Breakfast also not ideal - very scarce for the high price paid and coffee was not so great either

Very few people in the whole hotel. Check-out easy and check-in also easy, after somebody arrived. The whole spa only for us. The room with very nice view, spacious and everything needed inside.

For 105 euros I expected a cleaner room, the carpet was stained, hair on the bathroom floor.

The light in the rooms was really weak. I asked for that at the reception but they told me that these "economy" rooms have really only 2 bulbs and 1 at the top of the table was not working. So the room looks very dark.

There was nothing we didn't like. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Hotel's location was very good, it also had a free parking which was a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helped out in both check in and check out running smoothly. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Hotel has a very nice rooftop bar though their selection of drinks is limited. For example they have only one brand of beer on tap.

the standard room was small and dark so we had to pay the higher rate and change to a higher category. In that other room, which was nice and very spacious (I didn’t like the walls painted in dark grey though) we had major problems with the plumbing in the bathroom.

While hotel is very interesting, it needs some attention to be really good. There is some strange smell hanging in the hotel, possibly from the water feature in the staircase or from the spa..Parking is difficult to find and it is not possible to shortly stop in front of the entrance, since the streets around are very busy.

Good location to visit famous Manasija and Ravanica monasteries. Interesting hotel, rooms are very big and it is clean. Nice restaurant/club on top of the hotel. Wonderful restaurant Vidik on top of the hill is very near.
