In general, there was nothing that bothered us.

The location is very good. The breakfast met our expectations. Our room was clean and free of cigarette smell. The staff was friendly and attentive.

There wasn’t a variety of options for breakfast, almost all the dishes included eggs. The breakfast wasn’t buffet type . The parking lot- garage didn’t look really safe , as there weren’t many security measures

The room was really comfortable. The beds were nice, included the sofa-bed. The design was pretty nice. The location was satisfying , if you like walking , so as to explore the city , this hotel can be ideal. The breakfast was tasty.

It was not mentioned anywhere that there are only two parking spaces that require prior reservation. This is something that should be mentioned, since parking at a parking lot 750m away is not the most convenient thing, especially for a stay in winter. It was also not mentioned that sleeping is an additional charge and is not included in the price of the stay.

The apartments are really big and comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was very big and delicious. The location is perfect.

When ordering breakfast, the service was messed up several times, and it really took a long time to have breakfast unfortunately. We also specifically booked this location for the advertised attached spa. However, when we inquired about how to access the spa and massage, we were told that we needed at least a day in advance and two days in advance to book the massage. This should have been told in the initial information from the property or at check-in. So we were very disappointed we couldn't enjoy the facilities we actually came for.

The location was really great. It was also nice to have the restaurant on the first floor for breakfast or a drink.

Booked as hotel claimed to have parking but only learned no parking available after booking. Busy road & as near center, parking is a big problem. Room could use an upgrade. Mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast started at 8am which is quite late especially while on a business trip.

Location is walking distance to the center. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Stayed here as had a meeting in nearby restaurant.

It was close to the center, parking was reserved for us, just like we asked (very busy street). Reception lady very helpfull.

We got a partial refund from Booking.com, as our previous booking was cancelled, but the price was VERY high compared to the normal rates as Rammstein were playing in Belgrade that week.

Smoking is allowed in the canteen - big problem for my kids. I'd like to have more seasonal fruits and vegetables for breakfast.

Great location in the city centre, close to the walking areas and the castle. The hotel hosts very nice and liveable bar downstairs. The apartment has been located upstairs and to the other side to the bar, so there were no noise disturbance when we wanted so sleep. Very nice layout. Big thanks for car parking place reserved.

Location is perfect in a nice neighborhood close to the centre. There is a nice bar next door with good cocktails. Staff is extremely helpful and kind and the room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay!!

The hotel situared just few minutes walks from the center, a leafy area with cool cafes and eateries. Our family suite was absolutely nice, clean and complete with microwave, stove, glasses, etc… just lovely, feels like home, so comfy… It also hekps that it’s a small boutique hotel so there werent too many guests and the noise level is minimal even when surrounded by cafes. Ivanna, one of the staff member was so lovely and helped us a lot. The other staffs we encountered were lovely too.
