Kind stuff in hotel, location is perfect few minutes from Kne Mihajlova street and Skadarlija, comfor in large apartment, restorant bellow where you can have breakfast, great pancakes and coffe. We forgot clothes in hotel and stuff was so kind to take care of our clothes and send it to us. Thank you.

The whole spa (which was a big reason why we chose this place) was not working. They told us first when we came. This place smells a lot like perfume... which could be a good thing but actually was way to overwhelming. Apartment was not very clean. Breakfast was generous but somehow not fantastic. Also (being Scandinavian) having the staff smoking in the restaurant when you are eating breakfast and no one else is smoking. Very weird and not so nice. Would not stay here again

Deeply disappointed with this stay. Booked specifically for the advertised breakfast buffet, but instead found only a small, low-quality dish available at a downstairs café. This misrepresentation alone warrants a refund for the five breakfasts we had to purchase elsewhere. The staff's rudeness was shocking. There's no proper reception, and the café staff (apparently running hotel operations) were hostile to guests. Friends were rudely told to leave when trying to sit in the hotel's common area or inquire about the pool. While the room was basic but comfortable, the negative staff interactions and false advertising completely ruined the experience. Be aware that everything incurs an extra charge – pool, sauna, etc. The hotel should immediately remove photos of the non-existent breakfast buffet as they grossly misrepresent the actual offering. Strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere for a more honest and hospitable stay.

There is a bar with a terasse underneath the hotel and it is really loud. The breakfast room (probably the same room as the bar) smells badly like cigarettes. Also the hotel (or at least the room we stayed in) needs some deep cleaning! There were stains all over (doors, bathroom, windows, floors) and the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned in months by the looks of it. Also the bed squeaked with every move one made, it was difficult to sleep.

The hotel staff was really helpful and nice. They also recommended really good places to eat. The hotel is comfortably located in the old town - all attractions are easily accessible.

Perfect location! The hotel is located in s street full of cute and nice bars. We were a bit scared that it will be loud in the room (since we went to bed early cause we had a flight to catch ar 05:00) but the room was soundproof. Also because we were staying on the ground floor, next to the reception. And since we had to wake up early, we couldn’t attend the breakfast. But they gave us a breakfast to go with drink, fruit, cookies and a sandwich. The staff was very friendly. And the room was clean and nice.

That AC in one of the rooms does not work. It is very hot and noisy even at night. The place is not clean at all. The breakfast is poor. The furniture is old.

Breakfast could have been better and what we really disliked was that people smoked inside and next to the breakfast table. Bad smell from pipes I guess in the bathroom in our room. Downstairs at the hotel is a bar and you can hear very well from the bar up to the room. The staff was not friendly.

I could not turn on the TV in the bedroom. But the TV in the living room was working. In the bathroom the cleaning product was "bath gel" so I thought it is only for body wash, but then I learned that it was also the shampoo. It is a little confusing.

Shower drain was right at the shower door, water got everywhere. Air conditioner was great, but had to be covered by curtain that hung from the ceiling to cover the window-could that be changed to something mounted below the ac unit?

Many good things can be said! Staff of the hotel was great. Everybody very polite and pleasant. Hotel is located 10 min walk from city center walking area. Public parking in the area is lacking, but one can reserve a spot in front of hotel for an additional fee, what was good. Also, there is an excellent pancake bar in the hotel itself, called Milky BG with great pancakes. Will be back!

Nothing. Hotel was VERY NICE and can't complain about anything at all! WONDERFUL PLACE and GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY! From the airport I couldn't pay cash for the 72 bus that would bring me into downtown Belgrade but the A1 BUS (kind of a tight mini van with 16 seats in it) did take me for 400 ($4) cash from the airport to downtown but it was a good 25 minute walk to the hotel.

Fantastic Place! Fantastic staff! Great Location to walk to Belgrade Castle (Park and Fort Area) which is a 14 minute walk away. Breakfast was FANTASTIC to have in the morning which was filling. Front desk was also AMAZING since they called a taxi to drive us to the Belgrade Train station to take a train to Novi Sad. Taxi cost around 700 ($7 USD) on the meter. And the train to Novi Sad (Left at 10 a.m. and took about 40 minutes, a high speed train and that was about 1200 ($12 USD) for two people. If looking for a good place to eat once you leave the front door of the hotel turn right...go down two blocks....turn left....go down three blocks...on the left side you will run into LOKI FAST FOOD SINCE 1989. For 480 get the GOURMENT BURGER and get Mayo, Ketchup, Yogurt, Onion and Salad on it! SO TASTY! If looking for a supermarket, MAXI is a right out the front door....the first left.....and down about three blocks on the right side. Hotel was nice, comfortable and the Serbian females working the front desk were AWESOME! No regrets about staying here....breakfast was a BIG PLUS!

Because it's around some very nice restaurants and bars, you hear some noise at night but it's logical. The breakfast was not something special, just ok. Room cleaning can be a little bit better.

Great place in the center of Belgrade! Only 5 minutes from every important spot of the city., very easy to find, easy to walk and easy to park. Felt safe. The staff is great, especially the girl that checked us in, is very kind and helpful! They also saved our reservation for a day later, because we had a delay in our trip. Rooms are very big and comfortable. We loved Belgrade and this hotel played an important part. We will definitely come back!
