Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only that room heating wasn't functioning at the level expected, all the rest was really ok.
Very nice hotel, neatly designed and decorated, spacious rooms, really large beds. And no noise from the busy street in front of the hotel!

We had a great stay. We arrived late and after midnight, which was no problem as the reception is open 24h. Spacious room. Great personal. The receptionist even paid for our parking ticket as we didn’t have cash on us.

When I took a shower I found hair in the bath of previous guests.
Staying in this hotel was lovely. Room was cozy and clean. Location of this hotel is in city center so everything is walkable and close. Breakfast is okay for this price. Hotel has its own parking garage (which is "open" but they have video cameras so it is safe). Stuff at reception was really friendly and helpful. I would probably stay again at the same hotel if I ever come to Novi Sad.

Small window (was not necesary a problem because we spent the day in the city anyway)
The room was clean. Big and comfortable bed. Very good wifi, underground parking. Very good breakfast with a lot of options. Kind and friendly staff. Near the hotel you can find terraces, shops, a market, exchanges. It is located close to the central area, walkable distance Pet friendly. Improvements can be made to the carpeting in the hallways and to the shower cabin.

Bathroom is a bit old, needs some maintenance, room cleaning was not everyday, breakfast could be a bit better (for a 4 stars hotel).
The staff and the location were perfect for the purpose of my trip, central but accessible to the conference venue.

I do like bedside lights!
A very welcoming hotel, minutes from the centre, with large comfy rooms and excellent aircon (we stayed during a heatwave). The staff were very helpful especially with storing our bike. A good breakfast.

Nice hotel with special atmosphere (decorated with many paintings). Large room, extra large beds. Air-conditioning. Good bathroom. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Position close to the city center. Good breakfast.

Hotel is old. This is not a big problem, but shower was small for a tall person. Windows and air conditioners need a little maintenance.
Location of hotel is very good to walk around. Very kind and friendly hotel staff and they have a parrot! Breakfast is good.

Ok place, but few little things could be improved .i didnt care much as i only stayed one night..
Good location and parking..hotel itself is nicely decorated, but then rooms are very tired and would need to be painted, rust in bathroom etc..breakfast really basic..ok for a night..it was very nice from them to let me stay parked few hours longer after the check out..staff very nice

The only minus I could think of was not particularly in this hotel but allover in the country: there are smoking areas inside of the restaurants - in the hotel restaurant there was smoking area as well, but it was quite easy to avoid smoke by sitting a bit further away from the smokers.
Staff at reception was so nice and helpful; location was nice; affordable prices½!

Small number of parking spaces...
Room was very big and clean, but we paid for the room with no windows so it was little strange, no fresh air...but you can open the door to let it air out or turn on the air conditioner to circulate the air a little. 2 water bottles in the room were free and we receive one small gift from the hotel, very nice gesture. Stuff was very polite. The breakfast was good and quite enough. The location of the hotel is perfect.
