Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing except the coffee!
Really nice comfortable hotel offering good value. Reception staff were helpful. Room was compact but fine. Breakfast had lots of choice although the coffee was well not that memorable. We struggled to find a local restaurant and had to eat in the hotel however the food was really good. Bizarrely the Staropramen draught beer was better value than in the local bars. You don't usually find 4* hotel bars cheaper than locals?

The room the quiet and clean. Everything is working. Bed is comfortable. Before you choose the room, mind its square. 11m2 is not much :) . WIFI Internet is super fast. Location of the hotel is in the center. Small LCD TV is present.

SlovakiaWe were asked to pay our bills for accommodation at arrival. Normally these bills are paid at check-out. From the financial point of view this makes no difference, but it is a sign of the lack of confidence to guests.
Not far from Zeleni venac, a large terminal for many local bus lines, including line 72 to the airport. Located at a relatively busy street, but there was no disturbing noise. A good choice of meals for breakfast. Good wifi connection.

United StatesI stayed at the hotel for the second time, and this time due to its very close location to the stop of bus 72 connecting the airport and city center - it's only a 10 minute walk. This bus runs even at night, so it is very convenient for both late and early arrival/departure to Belgrade via the airport. In addition, all major sights of Belgrade are within walking distance.

PolandSometimes you can feel smell of cigarettes on corridor or lobby, but I guess is normal in serbia as no restrictions about smoking . Elevator are small, but get job done anyway. I could hear noise from outside despite being at last floor, but on street side. Bathroom light switch is at the entrance door , so little confusing.
Hotel in very good location, right in city center. Breakfast decent , had all I need, friendly and very helpful staff. Room was clean and had all what I need, overall good hotel for some nights, strong and good wifi everywhere.

ChinaI have lived here many times. When I travel far away and come back, when in a foreign land where life becomes more challenging and in this increasingly uncertain world, i think of Serbia, I choose the most reliable corner stone of a man and woman can stand upon. That is Kopernikus.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaTo be honest, couple of years ago this was a good hotel. Nowadays, you can see that facilities and service is in declining. Choise of breakfast is way poorer that couple of year ago, servise is often unavailable, etc.
Location is just perfect, close to the all main attractions and places to be.
